This place is the most inconsistent pizzeria I’ve ever been to in my life. You can never depend on the food being hot. 2/3’s of the time I order, it’s cold. And the food looks like it’s made by an underpaid toddler. The sheer incompetence when it comes to a simple issue is insane to me. Thanks for the cold pizza, cold burnt cutlets and trash hero roll. Zero warmth, zero sauce, zero brains. ZERO STARS.
I called to place my order and when I got there, not only was my order was not ready, the manager's response was what got to me. Instead of quickly acknowledging the slip up, apologizing and offering to put in my order, he wasted time looking through the same order slips twice around, then thrice around (mind you the store was empty). Realizing he would likely keep this up all night if it meant he could be kept away from actually stepping up to do what a manager does, I told him he can go ahead and put in my order and that I'd wait. No apologies were made for messing up my order or wasting my time, just a smug "enjoy!". I sure won't be returning again.
This “new” manager thinks he’s on top of the world and thinks he can act the way he pleases towards people.
Another thing, almost every employee is extremely rude to the HS Students that come down for lunch, they do not allow them to park in the parking lot out front during school hours and complain about the space being for customers.
What customers? The place is empty 95% of the time and the only people that you ever see in there are these High-school Students that they are extremely nasty towards.
Along with that, the pizza is usually disgusting, cold, and old.
I have been ordering from here for years but lately the quality of food has been poor. I recently order a pizza pie with light onions and crispy what I received was a doughy pizza that had no chance of being crispy considering how cold it was. With all the pizza places in Ramsey you would think the owner would stay on top of the quality of his food. ⭐️
Last time I went a group of friends (we pulled up late and it was understandably annoying and that’s fine) but what isn’t fine and okay is the bs that the staff gave my friend when he asked if I could hand him the Parmesan shaker. Nothing was said to the staff this was after we got the most mid pizza known to humanity. Some girl who I genuinely think should not work in customer service felt the need to open her mouth and say some bs about how it was late. Idk who they hire but they need to find people with less attitude. They still got our money. This place sucks. I recommend taking your business elsewhere.
Staff could be friendly. I asked questions about the pizza and they seemed bothered.
The quality of this place has really gone downhill. I ordered a chicken with pink sauce pie, and the pie didn't even have any sauce on it. Also, the size of the pies has slowly gotten smaller and smaller (you're not fooling anyone by changing the boxes). I won't be getting my pizza from here anymore.
i just moved to ramsey, and this was the second pizza place i’ve tried in town. this place is DELICIOUS! i always judge a pizza place by their penne vodka slice because it includes both pizza and pasta, and the thickness, amount of pasta, and every single thing about this slice is chefs kiss. the plain slice is also really really good. i definitely recommend.
