While the place was clean and the service was amazing, the food was less than desirable. My children and I went for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Our server was absolutely outstanding!! She was attentive and took great care of us. I ordered the strawberry powder cake French toast. Is was really dry and the best way for me to describe it was that it was like crumbs. The cake wasn't moist and it didn't have any French toast flavor at all. When I bit into it the bread instantly felt like sand in my mouth. Not good to say the least. I don't think we'll return as it wasn't busy and our food came out quickly but the quality of the food isn't worth the money we spent for everything.
First time visiting this place, was not impressed. First, it was cold inside the restaurant. The server said that they didn’t have any heat. The food was not tasty. Potatoes were over salted and the crab cake was very tasteless. Overall disappointing experience. It didn’t feel welcoming or personal.
We were in Charleston for our family trip. Since our hotel didn't offer breakfast, we wanted to find something close by. I had the shrimp and grits and coffee. Zero complaints! No wait. Cute restaurant. Delicious!
The place to go for some good breakfast, brunch, and lunch. The food here is always good, and the portion sizes do fit the price tag. The drinks here are also good with their variety of breakfast cocktails and spiked coffees, and they do not skimp on the alcohol. The dining area is clean, and the service was pretty quick. The staff were very helpful and friendly to make sure our table was taken care of. I'd definitely recommend this place for brunch.
I come in twice a week just for Lynn! She’s the best! Her service is always on point and the conversations are fun and up lifting. Highly suggest paying her a visit at the bar and trying out their new menu items!
The whole family was pleasantly pleased and satisfied. Choices are not like you'd see on normal menus. For sweet tooths, it's a dream. Recommend apple fritter french toast. For a southern style comfort food, recommend lunch combo of jambalaya and crab benedict. We wish this restaurant was in our area! Highly recommend.
Our server Angela was super friendly and sweet. The food came out quickly and it tasted good. The reason I give 4 stars is because of the greeters. They lack of basic customer skills. Everything else was good, restrooms were clean and equipped .The food tasted good and it was well presented.
A great breakfast spot if you are in the mood to indulge! Our waitress Angela M. was excellent and friendly, she offered us complimentary beignets for our first visit that were absolutely delicious! This location has a nice locals feel to it and appeared to be very neat and clean. A wide variety of traditional breakfasts and sweet treats are offered as well as mimosas and crafted cold brew coffees! I chose a salted caramel cold brew paired with the apple fritter french toast!
