Have been a here a few times and service can be pretty hit or miss. Food is usually good, but it’s a gamble whether my eggs come out the way I request. Will continue to come back to try other menu items regardless.
I ordered the Shrimp and Grits with two buttermilk pancakes. My food was delicious. I normally love to eat sugar on my grits. However, I was satisfied with the seasoning with my shrimp and grits without any sugar. I also ordered the Strawberry Mimosa after starting off with a Coke. My husband and my son ordered the Lobster and Brie Omelette. They enjoyed it. They also ordered a side of the buttermilk pancakes, which they enjoyed as well ???? ????????????????????
A must in Memphis! Everyone was so friendly and the food was amazing! I had the lobster and brie omelet and it did not disappoint! My husband loved the city grits and his supreme omelet! Our server Talon was so friendly and gracious. We highly recommend!!!!
Wanting to try a new breakfast place, we found Another Broken Egg Cafe and were very interested in what it could bring. After waiting thirty minutes in the waiting area and another forty-five minutes for our food, we needed to be wowed when the food came. Sorry to say the food was mediocre. Glad we tried something new but it will probably be our last time.
I'm not one to eat out often, but after a long and grueling Saturday helping my girlfriend move and then driving to Covington, TN for an event, I was too exhausted to cook this morning. My girlfriend ordered us breakfast from Another Broken Egg on Highland and I chose the Crab Cake Benedict.
I don't know who the cook was—maybe they were sleep deprived or just trifling—but I found pieces of un-chewable food in my meal. At first, I pulled them out and kept eating (I remind you I was hungry). But mid-bite, I decided to inspect what I was pulling out. To my horror, it was plastic and some form of paper.
I can't express my level of frustration. This isn't even about the $18 I spent; I don’t want a gift card, an apology, none of the that. This is about the basic decency and quality of service I expect from a food establishment. This experience was beyond disappointing. I’ve eaten at the location one other time, but I will NEVER go back or eat anything from here again ????
She ordered food this morning around 8:30 on Sunday. Upon finding this in my food we both stopped eating. This is not at all about the money. Every meal I’ve eaten today has made me think back to this morning. I wanted to post this because I feel it’s important that people know when choosing to grab food from a restaurant.

I tried to visit the Park location and was greeted with hostility and attitude from the hostess over my taking/ wanting to use a Sanitize Wipe that was right by me as I waited to be seated.
"Those aren't for your hands "....and
"Where you gonna use that At"? (with her hand on her hip was the attitude and question I was asked)
I decided to leave and come to this Location and Never Going Anywhere but Here.

Food can be hit or miss depending on the time and chef. Our last visit, the blueberry goat cheese pancakes were phenomenal however the shrimp in the shrimp and grits needed 30 more seconds to be cooked properly, the side of grits had 0 flavor and shredded cheese, unmelted tossed on top. The seafood omelet has quite a bit of shell in the crab meat and was very greasy. The cold brew coffee was extremely sweet and when we asked for more coffee to be added the bar tender came to our table and told us she doesn't use the actual cold brew (that the recipe calls for and menu states) because she thinks it's too strong.
