Best WLM Reviews

averi was out server, she was amazing, everything came out perfect, exactly what we asked for. the drinks were top tier, & a manager came by to double check that everything was okay, & if the food was good.
they really know how to elevate the brunch experience
Unfortunately, there were not enough servers. We arrived at 8:00 a.m. and there was only one other party in the restaurant. However, it took forever for us to be served.
My gluten-free pancakes were not mixed fully so the dry mix of the batter could be seen.
The atmosphere was nice, however, service was far too slow.
The blueberry pancakes ordered by one of my party had six blueberries sprinkled around the pancakes. In my experience blueberry pancakes usually have the blueberries mixed in the batter. I would not consider sprinkling six blueberries on the plate to be blueberry pancakes. He said the pancake itself was good.
I think with some oversight and strong management this could be a much better experience.
I frequent this place often because I love brunch I first fell in love with the restaurant chain in Memphis and I admittedly have been to every “Another Broken Egg Cafe” location in Memphis it’s definitely a different vibe here but the food is still amazing .
This time we had their Tiramisu French toast with city cheese grits and country potatoes
5/5
the Lobster and Brie omelette with country potatoes and a biscuit
4/5
The Shrimp and grits without the andouille sausage with country potatoes and city cheese grits
5/5
Sunrise spinach scrambler with country potatoes
4/5.
Thank you for having us and we will dine in again soon.
So, this was my first experience with another broken egg, and most likely my last. Overall the food was alright. Nothing to rave home about. What got me the most was as the overall cleanliness of the establishment. I could see what was probably months of dust built up on surfaces. We were in the back corner by the high chairs. Which were absolutely filthy. Cobwebs filled the corners of the windows, dead bugs etc. It was very apparent that there is no cleaning done to keep these areas clean. From someone in the industry it was just not clean. The service was slow. Not but 3-4 other parties took 12 mins to get mocktails and about 25 to get our meals. Which came out like warm. Even the grits weren’t very hot. Silverware was also dirty. For a 50 dollar breakfast it just wasn’t good.
Nice place. Newer build and interior. Kind of a "new age organic" vibe. Large portions. Hand made sausage patties. Biscuit & Gravy was excellent. Good cup of Joe. Took awhile to get our food but was worth the wait. Will be back.
This is my favorite brunch spot ever. It’s always clean and cozy, the food is amazing- and they’ve never denied or messed up a request to customize my order, and the service is top-notch, even when we bring a big party.
The items from the coffee bar are worth the price.
And to top it all off, I have to eat gluten free, and they have REAL menu options (even a cinnamon roll so good it will make you want to cry) and a staff that can answer questions.
This one is out of the way for us, but so worth the drive every time we go.
I had eggs Benedict with the eggs scrambled for the first time!!! Soo yummy! If you have the pleasure of visiting another broken egg it’s a must yet!! My waiter John was amazing!
Super long wait but spent my time drooling over the menu, trying to decide what to get! I wound up with the baconrizo omelet. Hands down the best omelet I've ever had! I got the home potatoes which were pretty mediocre but everything else surpassed the mediocrity that it was. Hubby had the lobster and brie omelet. He enjoyed it but thought the brie was a little too much. To each his own. We also had a side of the lemon blueberry pancakes. They were scrumptious! Even the little English muffin was better than usual. Hands down, will return!
