Best WLM Reviews

Cool looking place. However when we arrived it was 12:30pm and the place smelled of bleach and pine-sol. Not good!
Drink were good but orders were not consistent. Same drink order but made differently every time.
While we were finishing up our meal there was no one to remove the dirty plates so the table stayed dirty.
Our waitress was boring. Her attitude was like she did not want to be there. She disappeared for a long periods of time.
Management/Manager I assume that is who it was was. Never greeted the guest, never asking if things were okay. When the order was wrong he never made an attempt to make it right just stayed by the DJ booth.
DJ was great with the music!
Food was really amazing! Hot & Good portions for Brunch price.
Due to the location you have 3 options for parking... Maryland & Preston, street parking or the garage across from the restaurant. Great place for photos. The bathroom was clean and located down the stairs. I heard the lounge was cool but I'm pregnant and hookah filled the lounge space downstairs. On to the food. I wasn't a fan of the oxtail egg rolls. They were spicy and needed a better dipping sauce. The salmon bites were delicious and the lemon pepper wings was good. The pricing for appetizers vs entrees doesn't make sense. The entrees are $5-$10 more so why get an appetizer. The pasta portion was disappointing for the price. Service was slow. I believe they are hiring. For me this restaurant was a one and done. Oh security was nice.
Went here for my friends bday brunch. We were the first ones to arrive for brunch, so we were able to choose our seats. We were attended to immediately. It didn't take long for the server to come over and get our drink order. We ordered the mimosa tower $100 but not too bad of a price when you're splitting it 5 ways. It took a while for them to bring it over to the table, and there was only one bartender. I ordered chicken and waffles. You get one waffle with fruit, and I asked for whipped cream, too. The chicken is tenders, and I asked for honey to drizzle on my chicken, and it was bomb. The chicken was crispy, and I enjoyed it. My friends got the hot honey chicken sandwich, and that was good, but they said the chicken was too small. The home fries are good as well. There was DJ, and it felt like a Sunday day party. Overall, good experience.
Overall an amazing restaurant.  We had a reservation for 3 and we were seated immediately once we got there. The food was amazing. We started with the oxtail eggrolls and the crab dip. For an entree, I ordered the seafood rasta pasta, and let me say I struggled to find the pasta. It was loaded with seafood. I ordered a side of asparagus as well. My guest had the Lamb chops and Ox tails respectively. Again the food was delicious. Our server Kate on the other was horrible. She was not attentive to the table at all. I did not receive my asparagus with my meal. I had to get up and go find her hanging at the bar to ask if I could get the asparagus. She checked the order and said I never ordered any. Both my guests heard me order it. As I write this review I've yet to get that asparagus. She dropped off water for the table and never returned with cups. Thank goodness for her co-workers. We felt bad having to stop them for things for our table. Once we asked them for an item they immediately returned with it. Kate rarely checked on us at all.  My guest had plantains that came with her meal. Let me just say, as we were standing up to leave a carrier came to the table with them.  The drink menus were extensive. We wanted to try at least 4 drinks a piece. It took 20 minutes for the first drink to arrive and another 35 minutes for the second to arrive. At that point, we just wanted to leave. The drinks we did receive were good!!!! (Baecation, Legs for days, Warm kisses, Love potion, Old Fashion). Portions sizes are good. The vibe was good. Everyone appeared to be enjoying themselves, and the other servers and runners were busting their butt. There is a lounge area where you can have drinks and hookah. This location is a must try.
Our Saturday to try a new spot...., we chose "The Anonymous Restaurant & Lounge."
To start, our server was "new" in training, so initially things didn't go so well. However, other staff stepped in to assist and accommodated us well!
We ordered Oxtail EggRolls, Crab Dip & Chips, CatFish, Oxtail & Rice, Spicy Ribeye sandwich, and drinks. The food was really good and hot!!.
The staff was extremely nice and attentive.
Management was very accommodating.
The atmosphere was a little loud with uncensored R&B and HipHop music. Management adjusted the volume when requested.
Overall, the experience turned out well and we'll patronize this establishment, again.
One of my friends decided to celebrate her birthday here on Saturday 2/17/24 and it was a horrible experience. We were a party of 16 and the majority of us sat for more than an hour before we got our cocktails. We were in the restaurant for approximately 3 hours and still didn’t receive everyone’s entrees and some appetizers. Probably because the cooks were too busy out in front smoking. When asked to speak to a manager about our experience we met with a heavy set dark skin man with more attitude than solutions that said he was the owner but wasn’t apologetic to say the least. We decided to just leave because we didn’t see things getting better, we were then approached by someone who we thought to be a server because he was also serving tables who then said we was actually one of the manager, he made many attempts to make the situation better assuring us everything was on the way out, but it was too late we just paid for what we got and left.
I actually saw this restaurant on someone's tik tok story and decided to try it. This spot was really nice! They had music playing and the atmosphere was really chills. I made reservations for a Saturday night. I was late for my reservation, but thankfully, they were kind enough to still seat us. I'm glad they did because the food was everything!!!! This is a good place for date night or hanging out with the girls. Not only is it a restaurant but a lounge downstairs, and they have a hookah bar. Everything ordered was delicious, but those oxtail egg rolls ????????! I give it a 10/10
The inside is pretty nice. Bathrooms were clean. Our waitress was nice. The food and drinks are pricey, but the taste doesn't quite match. You can spend about $50-100pp. The drinks are about $20 alone ($18-22 range). One person in our group of 4 enjoyed their drink. The rest of us did not. We all gave the food a 4.5-5.5/10. I stuck with something simple and ordered salmon. I replaced the vegetable with broccolini. The broccolini had no flavor and was hard to chew. Three of us ordered broccolini, and it was the same. The two people that ordered it as an extra side had salt poured all over it, so it was pretty salty. The jollof rice wasn't bad per my friends, but it did not taste anything like jollof rice. It also looked pretty mushed. None of our meat was cooked the way we asked. The medium well came out as well. Our orders were wrong and needed to be fixed. 3 of the 4 were incorrect and missing items. My group had a great time in the lounge after eating dinner in the restaurant. We stayed until about closing time, which is 2am on a Saturday. The DJ was awesome! Hookah and drinks we ordered at the bar were great. We had a good time. I would go back to the lounge area and order an appetizer, drinks, and hookah. The restaurant looks beautiful, but needs some work more with the food.
