Owner said I should’ve gotten it fixed right away but my toe was infected. Went to doctor and had to get antibiotics. No apology or partial refund
This is the one nail salon I have finally stuck with and want to return to time after time. I love their fun and friendly staff and am so happy with my nails every time. Great prices and Steve does an AMAZING job!!!
Zero stars is not an option. Wish it was.
Asked for medium length rounded shape acrylics, left with laughably short almond shape. It was clear the nail tech was very distracted with something in the phone and was not interested in taking my walk in appointment. Didn’t ask about the shape or check with me until the acrylic was on and dry. Paid $58 plus $10 tip but now that I’m home I’m looking closely and they look so stupid that I am soaking them off and going to another salon to start over. My pinky nail cannot even be seen over the tip of my finger from the back. I also mentioned twice that I do not like skinny nails because they don’t look right on me, but yet he kept pulling the sides of my nail bed to file thinner and thinner. Now I have nails in that are too narrow for my nail width at the base, funky undesirable shape and a manicure not suited to my fingers. If I wanted the generic non custom option I could just do press ons for 10% of the price I paid.
So annoyed today. They are the wrong size and length and shape. And I will never be back. Mostly writing this review to ensure I remember where this experience was and to avoid it next time.

I went to annie time nails, and was greeted by the two girls at the counter as they were eating their lunch and spoke to me with food in their mouth, they told me to pick out my colors, and I picked out red and black, I wanted to sticker decals on my nails, when I tried to talk to the man who did my nails, he barely understood me and I constantly had to repeat myself, but i was still patient with him. he told me in the beginning that because I was getting two colors and two stickers that it was gonna cost $55, I decided that was fine, but then realized the red was sparkly i decided i didnt want it anymore and that I wanted only one color, but I still wanted the stickers, as he did my nails I told him I wanted black only, and he put blackish blue on, I told him that it was the wrong color and he told me know that this is black, he also after applying one sticker told me that he didn’t have another sticker to put on my other nail, so now I only have one sticker on one hand, he also put the sticker on crooked, I’ve had these nails on for six days, and one already broke, and a few are crooked. at the end of the appointment he charged me $75 even though I only got one color and one sticker. They also must not follow proper cleaning routines because after i got my nails done a wart showed up on my finger a few days later and the nail polish is peeling . Plus they NEVER answer their phones so i cant even go to get it fixed . I do not recommend this place.
I had a lovely time! My nails were done very well, and it was a clean, professional, and friendly atmosphere. I was well taken care of, and really enjoyed my manicure and pedicure!
Lovely people, they made sure I was comfortable, and they have great attention to detail on my pedicures. Would highly recommend!
This place is amazing! I would recommend going here if you want your nails done (the right way)! Brian was the one who did these and I can’t stop looking at them! He did exactly what I was wanting. He was so detailed in his work. Outstanding! It’s such a friendly atmosphere. I can’t recommend them enough. I’m VERY impressed!
