Great breakfast! Very good biscuits and gravy, and home fries. The French toast was the smaller Texas toast bread. Looked tiny when served. Very busy around 10-11. I'd go earlier next time.
This place is amazing! Great menu, great service, great atmosphere! Love that they have a “Northern menu” if you are from the tri- state area you will feel like you are home again! It has the feel of a real NJ Diner! The food portions are out of this world! From the huge pancakes to the bagel sandwiches Pictured is a sandwich that I had and could not finish! You will not be disappointed!
Stopped in for a quick lunch. We had the club sandwich and Bubba’s burger. Literally so amazing! The portions were huge, burger was juicy and the club was so fresh. We even tried the giant pancake as an appetizer, which was sweet and delicious. Def recommend if you’re looking for a local spot.
1st time here. Really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and our server, Eryn, was excellent. Friendly, checked in on us, order was exactly as we requested. Tradional diner pancake texture I look for..perfect. eggs cooked perfect to over easy. A little off the main road but worth the fine. Understand from a friend this is locally owned and they are involved in the local community. If looking for a local diner on your next trip to Cape Coral, check them out.. PS - photo is the Grand 1-2-3 with ham. The pancake was BIG and there was more ham than I could finish.

Stopped by Annie's for lunch today and this place was packed. We got a table fast, and waitress came right over and took our drink orders and gave us menus. She came back a short time later to take our orders. I ordered the club combo sandwich with fries and so did my wife. It did not take too long for our food to come out and boy this sandwich was huge. My mouth was not big enough to take a bite without crushing it down a little bit. This was one large sandwich. It tasted very good and everything on it tasted fresh. The fries were very good as they tasted like they were seasoned. Now you know why all the locals come here.
It was all I could do to get the entire sandwich down as I was getting filled up and I still had a couple fries to go. I was too good to leave anything on my plate. My wife could not eat the entire meal, so she got a box to take some along home. We did eat the leftovers the next day and they were still good. I loved this place, it’s very basic but has a great vibe with a lot of locals in there. If you want a fancy place with posh decor this is not the place for you. If you want great food and good conversation at reasonable prices this is the perfect place for you. They do run specials most days, you will just have to call of check on line for that particular day. I will give this place 4 out of 5 stars. Like Arnold stated I’ll be back, and I can’t wait to go back.

Very cute little place with great service and dinner like food. All our meals were excellent and the prices were very good. You know a place is good when so many locals are there.
Great locals place with excellent food. No reservations so time accordingly. Year after year Annie’s is a treasured favorite of locals.
The best breakfast I've had in Florida! Loved it all. Huge - so be prepared. But sunny and runny, potatoes, corned beef & hash, and biscuits & gravy were no real challenge for a man with my breakfast skills! Thank you!
