Peace????I appreciate when great customer care is given to resolve an issue. This is what Customer Relationship Management is all about❤️???????? My order was made incorrectly the night I tried Annie's for my first time. I called but they were closing in 4 minutes. No answer... I then sent an email to explain the issue. I wasn't expecting a reply after hours, and yet I received an immediate response‼️???????? I returned the next day with the wrong food item, and the assistance was phenomenal❤️???????????? The food is very good here as well❤️????????
Everything here has been amazing! THE SAUCE!! The flavor is eveything! Pizza is perfectly cooked, perfect style. Chef salad has all the right ingredients. Awesome italian dressing. Zepolis every time! Fast delivery! Go to pizza place.
We normally love Annie’s, but we just ordered a chicken gyro, and it was only 1/4 full. Paying almost $14 for this? If you’re going to cut back on portions, maybe use a smaller pita to at least make it look full.
The pizza was great, nice and hot. I also had the honey garlic wings with were good. All the employees were pleasant. Will definitely return the next time I'm in the area.
August 2023 update.... they are back on Seamless, but I'll admit that the last order I had been delivered wasn't up to par. After reading the most recent reviews, I see the food and customer service has only gotten worse. Real shame as this was one of our favorite places!!
UPDATE: Dec 24th - The general manager Peter is SUCH an incredible guy and reached out to make sure my online order was made and packaged correctly. His personality alone is worth giving business to this restaurant. I've never been inside the restaurant, but I've ordered many times through delivery services. I don't understand anyone who complains about this establishment as it's delicious!!! I'm from NY/NJ, and without question, THIS is the closest I've gotten to NY style pizza, and the Cannolis are BIG and delicious!!
I will take a few more pictures as this time we ordered chicken parm, fried Mozzarella, and French fries....yummm! Their fried Mozz is honestly the BEST I've had down here in Florida. Honestly, everything I've had from Annie's has been delicious, fresh, and satisfying!!
I recently ordered a pizza from this local spot, and while the food ultimately satisfied my cravings, the service left much to be desired. The order taker barely made eye contact and seemed disinterested throughout the process. It felt more like a transaction than an interaction, which dampened the overall experience.
When I finally got my pizza, it was hot and flavorful, but the lack of engagement from the staff made me hesitant to return. A friendly face and attentive service can elevate even the simplest meal, and it’s a shame this place missed the mark on that front. If you’re looking for good pizza, this place has it, but be prepared for a rather impersonal experience.
Great pizza, all ingredients are fresh. I got boneless chicken wings with honey and garlic and I was really impressed , it was real garlic with honey, really good!!! I am very exited to try every item in your menu.Keep focusing on hight quality food.
DISAPPOINTED COSTUMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE.
I recently visited Annie's pizza subs & wings to pick up an order, and I was extremely disappointed with the rude behavior of the cashier. I understand that delays can happen and I don't mind waiting, but the way she spoke to me was completely uncalled for.
As soon as I arrived and asked about my order, she started with a bad attitude, as if she was
just upset that I was there to pick it up. She didn't even give me a chance to say anything before her nasty tone made it clear she was annoyed. It's not my fault if there are delays in making the order.
Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I hope the management addresses this issue because no one should be treated this way.
