This place was fantastic. This was some of the best Indian food I've ever had. We ordered the non-veg ilai virunthu and the mysore dosa to split, along with the onion pakora and a mango lassi. For two hungry guys it was the right amount of food, if not slightly too much which is not a bad problem to have haha.
The staff were super friendly and easy going too. Their credit card reader broke while we were there and they were super chill about it and were willing to discount the meal, and were patient while we went to run and grab some cash.
I loved everything we had, and I think next time I'd try the onion dosa instead of the mysore dosa. We'll definitely be coming back here sometime!
Fantastic hole in the wall with super authentic home cooked South Indian food. Not a fancy place for business lunch but we did a business lunch here anyway because we heard the food was so good, and it hit the mark.
Not from India so can’t speak for the authenticity, but the food is really great. Ordered goat biryani, dosa and fried chicken. Love the biryani and dosa, both are very tasty. The mango smoothie(forgot the name) is also wonderful. Owner is very nice and offered warm service.
Well maintained tasty South Indian restaurant If you like Parota and its varieties and dosa Biriyani. Along with your sides like chicken egg etc., the taste of the food could be better but still it’s good ????
The food was descent and worth the price. If you want to experience south Indian style food especially traditional Tamil Nadu flavor it's a good option to consider. Parotta W/Chicken Curry is a must try. If you have a sweet tooth then mango lassi is a must try
Food was really nice, specially Dum mutton and chicken biryani I seeraga samba rice is awesome it take us to our native style of taste and everyone should taste parotta with idicha chicken here, it's top notch. All menus are good cooked by our south Indian chef's. Serving also nice.. Good staffs and overall it's a beautiful southnindian restaurant.. All should try at once...
A small cosy South Indian restaurant. Serves really nice food. Lot variety in the menu. Situated on El camino real. It has outside seating also. Service is very prompt. Staff is very friendly and polite. Would recommend this if you are craving for Indian food. Moderately priced.
This restaurant is DIRTY and UNHYGIENIC. They dont even wash their water pitchers, tables are dirty and windows look like they have never been wiped. The food we ordered tasted stale and reheated. They get take out orders and I think thats their main stay at this point of trying to stay alive. When the outside looks so unhygienic, you can safely assume inside is worse. They need to clean up. Disgusting ambience of what once was a good restaurant.
