What the hell?? $15.75 for this!! I usually like Anna's but I don't think I've ever been to this location. The absolute worst bowl I've ever seen. It was just sour cream, rice, beans, and meat. I paid for guacamole, didn't get it. Not to mention there was no pico, lettuce, or jalapeño which it usually comes with. I got delivery which says in the description it includes those things. No options to add them while ordering and couldn't see them prepare it of course. As a Mexican American, I'll stick to Anna's by MGH or Tenoch and Teresa's Market. So disappointed in Brookline
Zero transparency with pricing, charging people $2 for adding “elote corn” or veggies but no indication of it in their menu. An $8 burrito ends up being over $14. Don’t play with customers money, price transparency goes a long way and won’t make you seem shady
Went to this Anna’s yesterday. Ordered quesadillas because we were going to an event and needed some thing quick. We were super disappointed. The only thing warm in the quesadillas was the shell and sliced cheese (????) she put in it. Imagine cold vegetables inside that? Not good at all. I asked her to put the vegetables inside prior to heating up and she said they don’t do it that way. ???????? Won’t be going back. And to boot, she rolled it like a burrito. Seeing this transpire in front of my eyes at the counter, I don’t even know why I paid and ate it. ????????♀️
I love the food here. I was recommended by a local friend and if I didn’t have self control, my bank account would be empty from the amount of times I craveeee Anna’s. It is delicious, offers HUGE portions, and very reasonable price.
Forget about Chipotle which is a poor imitator of the real Spanish food. Anna’s is my favorite burrito place. I get 2 guacamole’s with it because one is too little. And Jarritos drink to wash everything down.
Very nice taqueria, convenient location on a main street with metered parking. Pleasant interiors and Mexican music, clean restrooms.

When I stood in line, there were 2 customers ordering. They ordered and got their food but I wasn't acknowledged. I made eye contact with the cashier but she started working on a doordash order. There were other people working and they were speaking with one another. I tried to ask for assistance but I still was not acknowledged. One of the workers came to the register to take the order (10-15m later), and said "hey, what would you like?", thinking she was speaking with me but it was a white customer that came in after me. I ended up leaving. It was late on a weeknight and did not seem ad busy but I still wasn't helped.
Food is good but service is terrible.
They are taking their time even is line is huge.
Check places like Felipes taqueria or any other place. They gonna give you quick and great service. ANA’s is totally opposite than that.
