I shared a photo of empty plates because my sons and I absolutely enjoyed this dining experience! Rhianna was our hostess and was phenomenal! My preteen sons indicated that she was a 10 out of 10 as well as the food that we ate clearly, lol! We will be back!
I’ve come here before and it was pretty good and the service was nice. Today I came to get an order to-go. The pasta and cake were delicious, as expected. Unfortunately they forgot the salad that came w my meal and gave me a plain bread roll instead of garlic bread lol.
We have eaten at Anna’s many times before, most recently on a Saturday night. And once again it didn’t disappoint! The pizza was cooked perfectly with delicious sauce and the correct “toppings to crust” ratio. Service was great, everyone is so friendly. I love the vibe and watching sports and eating great food. Shout out to Rhianna-she’s a great waitress with an awesome personality. We will definitely be back.
My family has been coming here for 20 years. They quality continues to decline in their food but the service has gotten so bad we’ll never come back and I’ll make sure everyone I know will never come back here. We tried multiple times to order over the phone to receive an aggressive woman who kept interrupting us. We were trying to order our same order we’ve been doing for years and she just couldn’t comprehend basic people skills while on the phone with someone. Eventually she hung up on us and when we’ve tried to call back she picks up and hangs up. I hope you’re happy in the end.
This place is amazing. I had a Alfredo Spinach Pizza and I was absolutely stunned and blown away. The sauce was exquisite. They have to have a secret recipe, I’m convinced. It was so good I almost had it a second day in a row! Fresh, delicious, high quality. Perfect pizza. Thanks Anna’s, I’ll be back!
My family has been ordering here for YEARS! Tonight while I was out, my sister was ordering in for my DISABLED & BLIND FATHER. After multiple attempts on my sisters side to call & place an order. A disgruntled, unprofessional, & lacking intelligence employee hung up on my sister. They continued hanging up on my sister after multiple times of calling back because they realized it was the same order. How unprofessional! I called about 20 mins later, missing the event I was at & placed the order again with no complications from a different employee. We will never give our money to anna’s again. They have been consistently sliding down hill for the past few years but today just drew the line. Just because you were frustrated and didn’t want to take the time & understand our order, you instead hang up? What kind of business has employees like this. If this ain’t enough just check their health department review, that should seal the deal. I’m so disappointed in a restaurant that we’ve been customers at for years & that we order from often (placing the same order over & over with no prior issues). I hope y’all take a good look into the front house ladies & save your business while you can.
Rhianna in the front of house hands down is amazing and MUST be valued, this is not just a fluffy review… this is based off her efficiency, articulation, and attentiveness, not just to myself but EVERY CUSTOMER THAT WALKS IN, it doesn’t matter if the individual is a walk in or a sit down. It is very rare to hit ALL THREE of those aspects when it comes to hospitality, I myself have done years of the same line of work and it means something when I see someone else that puts in the same work ethic. This is not to say the rest don’t do such, I personally just have had Rhianna every time and it NEVER fails. She can handle high volume/stressful scenarios AMAZINGLY. I’m very new to the area itself but not new to the industry. I also want to tie the BOH (back of house) for the food itself, I have ZERO complaints to the staff both front and back out house but Rhianna most of all. If you think otherwise after eating here, take a look internally, or leave a comment and I’d love to have a conversation to any quals for what I just said.
Excellent service and amazing food! This is a place where you are at home - the owners recognize you and the cooks consistently deliver deliciousness!
Highly recommend the white pizza, cheese curds, carbonara spaghetti (better than I’ve had in Rome) and vodka sauce cheese tortellini!
