Best WLM Reviews

We have decided that we’re going to travel and visit all of the locations over the course of the next year. The atmosphere changes slightly and the buildings are different. We noticed that the folks in Kalamazoo were slightly different than the folks in Granville. It’ll be fun to do this journey. It’s very consistent. The food is delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Great Breakfast all around. The folks who have opened up this restaurant know what they’re doing. In this world where nobody knows what they’re doing. Final thought When you go into a restaurant that is as busy as Anna’s a place that has a 30 to 40 minute wait and then you walk into the bathroom to wash your hands before you eat your breakfast and it’s just clean as if they just opened. You know you’re in a good place. You can judge a restaurant by its bathroom just like you can judge someone’s home by walking into the bathroom. Anna’s is the Best of the Best.
Love this Anna's House. Service is great, super friendly and attentive staff.
My tots were cooked to order, a little on the crispy side like I like them!
Fast too. I had my food as fast as if they knew my order before I came in.
Menu has lots of options for lots of diets. But if you want to spoil yourself get the loaded tots!
This is our first visit to the Anna's House in Grand Rapids (we've been to the location in Holland several times). Food was terrific (especially the cinnamon bun). Service was professional but lacked some personality, kindness, and common courtesies. Clean and nice environment. In my previous review of the Holland location, I suggested that with the 50's/60's theme of the restaurant, that music from that period should be played. I was very impressed to see that my suggestion was implemented and a good selection of 50's/60's music was playing the entire time. It's great to see when a business listens to feedback from customers (even something as simple as music selection). Great food, nice location. Could use some extra courtesy from staff, otherwise really great.
Delightful. Tasteful. Variety packed meal options, topped with flavor-packed, fresh juices, served with style. Sunshine filtered through the windows, crossing employees faces - radiated inside and out. Genuine, efficient, quality service. Thank you! Until next breakfast!
They have the best gluten free menu. They have great service. The atmosphere is very nice.
We had the most amazing server. She was so accommodating to the little things that we needed. She has the most sparking personality.
I've been to Anna's House many times, and all of our servers have been great, but this gal is top tier. I lost her name, but if you see her working....she's the one you want to several you.
Delicious!! So many gluten free options and they were all tasty! Definitely get a cinnamon roll. Gluten free food came out marked and they offered to use a separate workspace to make it to avoid cross contamination. They were knowledgeable and it was tasty. The service was great and it’s cute inside too.
I am grateful for the variety of gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and other options here. Overall, it seems most folks will enjoy this place. The place is cute, the service was lovely, and I think everyone else enjoyed their dishes.
(Just a note) It is rare that I feel like I have to add flavor to my dishes when I eat out. I usually try to find/prepare myself fairly bland or underseasoned foods compared to my friends and family and I am just fine because I care about nutrition over flavor. I found the veggie omelet to lack in both flavor and vegetables... I even ended up adding hot sauce to my dish and I typically never add table condiments to a dish and am just okay with eating as intended.
I decided to add some hot sauce but the sauce wasn't that spicy so it might have been nicer to have a variety or perhaps a different alternative like the ever popular Tabasco. I only tried one dish but I just like to provide some genuine feedback (in case it is helpful.)
Cheers ❤️
TLDR: The Grandville Anna’s House is as good as any other I’ve been to. The food is always good, the servers are always kind, and the atmosphere is always noisy as heck with kiddos screaming ???? but I’ll still always go back!
We went for brunch today around 1pm. We ordered coffee, hot tropical green tea and a fresh squeezed (juiced) orange juice. The coffee was not exactly hot, but it was when it was topped up. My tea was perfect, and so was the orange juice- complete with the foamy goodness on top that you can only get from fresh juice- with a hint of the rind flavor …????
I ordered the Southwest Eggs Benedict with American fries- it was everything I hoped it would be. It was a lot of food, and the vegetarian sausage tasted really good. I ended up boxing half of it and taking it home to eat tonight.
He ordered a waffle with sides of turkey sausage and regular bacon. He poured syrup over his sausages, in case you’re wondering if they came like how they are shown in the picture- they do not ????. He ate his meal in its entirety and said it was good.
The atmosphere is very diner-esque. It was very noisy because of the juice pressing (they have several types of fresh juices- see photos) but it always has been each time I’ve visited Anna’s house so I assume it’s meant to be that way.
Overall, I’ll return, as it is always a good place for good tea and brunch, friendly service and consistent experiences.
