Best WLM Reviews

First time customers. We came in for the buck a shuck oysters. Which hubby said were excellent ????. Also had an appetizer of crab cakes which had more crab in them than I've ever seen in a crab cake. The taste was light and flavorful. We shared the seafood platter at $35.00 the portion was huge! A ton of fried whole belly clams which were cooked perfectly. Three colossal fried shrimp done just right, Three huge fried scallops perfectly cooked and two pieces of lightly battered fish along with tasty fries. We couldn't eat it all. I also had a Santorini sunrise drink, not a sweet drink, not sure I'm a fan, but to each their own. Blue moon is a great choice for my husband to accompany this wonderful meal. We sat outside on a very steamy afternoon, they had many fans to make it a pleasurable dinner. Wait staff were very attentive. I Would recommend coming and enjoying this Plymouth restaurant.
I enjoyed the roasted vegetable sandwich for lunch, but next time I would get it without the bread as the veggies by themselves taste very good (squash, zucchini, red peppers). The bread gets a but soggy from the hot veg, might be good in a tortilla or get it without bread. The food tasted fresh like it it had just been made to order, which I appreciate. Service was very good and outdoor seating was nice and relaxing.
The nice gal that seated me was awesome.
Server was very low-key and efficient. Outdoor area is very nice - perfect sun angle. Took forever to get a beer.
Went for lunch, ordered a seasonal pumpkin martini, and it was excellent. Ordered the Greek charcuterie board and some bacon wrapped scallops. Everything on the board was fresh and delicious, and there was plenty of food on it. The bacon wrapped scallops were ok, just not as fresh as I would have liked being right on the water they were cooked well with the bacon. The service was excellent. The bartender who served us was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stop in again.
1st visit. Awesome choice for us. We shared for two but would feed at least 3. Added the crab cakes (2) and two spinach rolls. It's expensive but it was a treat for our Anniversary. Worth it and we will go back for other choices . Very small inside with a few tables and outside when it gets warm. Bar seating stools. Parking is paid parking this time of year. Winter is free. Yes, give it a try. Greek choices and fish looked good and burgers etc.
Husband took me to Anna's last night for dinner. Owner greeted us at the door. We sat at the bar and had an excellent dinner. I had the gyro which was delicious and substantial. The pita served with it was the softest and freshest I have ever had. The veggies served with it were fresh. Could not even finish the plate. Washed it down with a nice local beer. Husband had his favorite - fried scallops - which he said were excellent. Only marking one star off the food because the french fries were not fresh made but frozen (then again, that is what most restaurants serve these days.) Bartender was attentive and answered questions promptly. Thank you for a lovely meal. We will be back.
We were staying at a resort in Carver and wanted to go have dinner somewhere nearby and found this place. The food was amazing, the atmosphere is great and everyone enjoyed their meal. The owner is Greek so lots of the dishes are Greek dishes, but keep in mind the tzatziki is sort of Americanized, so it doesn't have as much garlic. Still tastes great, but not the kind you would eat in Greece. They even have Greek pita bread for the salad which many places have the cheaper non Greek pita bread often.
The only negative I would say was how they serve the fried clam bellies, where they fill the base of the dish with fries and put a few clam bellies on top to make it look like there are more clam bellies then there really are, to justify the market price.. Fortunately it was enough to feel full and the quality was great, otherwise this fact would have stood out and affected this review.
Enjoyed a nice late lunch (early dinner) in the pet-friendly patio area. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. She even remembered our dog's name and said goodbye to her when we left. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing and we enjoyed the live music.
