I love this place! They all do a great job of threading my eyebrows. Everyone is so nice! I have started using the one in McCain Mall because my favorite person is there now. I’m not sure how to spell her name…Remfi is how she pronounces it. She is kind and always happy to see me!
I had my eyebrows done earlier this week she waxed them. She didn’t say one word to me until I had to pay. She used no gloves and used the same wax applicator as she used on her other clients. The table where her supplies were was pure clutter. It was the worst experience I’ve had. I have acne broke out all around my eyebrows from her unsanitary wax and from her touching my face with no gloves. I will not be going back. Hopefully this helps others before they decide to go here.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I’ve been getting my lashes done for years, and this is by far the worst!! She didn’t use tape to tape my lower lashes down, I don’t know what kind of glue they’re using, but it smells strong and holds nothing! She only had 1 size, and 3 total, small, med, large. No 13,14,15 like in other shops. They were way too low, and immediately were irritating my eyes. That was Friday. It is now Sunday, and I had no choice but to remove them, as one entire side had already come off. She charged $10 more than other shops, and did an absolute horrible job! I’ll never be back! I really want a refund!
I just wish that they would open on time. They make claims to open at 10 but I've been here several times, and watched them show up when they want to show. Not professional at all!!!
First let me start off by saying I've heard of many bad experiences at this place but gave them the benefit of doubt and wanted to see for myself.
This place is very unprofessional!!! Anna (the owner) is very rude. Today was the worst experience I've ever experienced. I requested Anna to do my eyebrows because the other four ladies in there are training. So Anna did my brows and when she was finished she walked off. She didn't bother to put any oil, alcohol or even ask me did I like my brows (By the way they looked horrible) Then one of the ladies in training started working on my lashes. She did one eye and handed me a fan to dry them. I started feeling my eyes lids tighten up so I asked for a mirror and when I tell you it looked like the lady poured the whole bottle of glue on my lashes. So I politely told them that I didn't like the lashes and asked for them to remove them or fix them. The lady removed them and walked off with an attitude. I've patronized Anna's threading numerous of times but today was the last time that I would. Anna's threading in Little Rock is even worse the older lady that she have running that location is very rude as well. Please save your money and find somewhere more professional and somewhere you would be treated with respect when spending your hard earned money.
This place is HORRIBLE. I paid $120 for my eyelids to be glued SHUT. She had to have help to come separate my lashes. She ended up using fast force to rip them open ripping skin and all some bottom lashes off. They used scotch tape to hold my lashes on the bottom down. I could feel the glue clumping together my lashes and every time she placed a lash the glued seeped into my eye causing intense burning which resulted in severe watering. She kept telling me, “Its your first time. That is why your eye watering so much.” I was literally left in tears with my eyes aching. They were uncomfortable and kept stabbing me in the eye. I shouldnt have paid but at the time I just wanted the HELL out of there. Afterwards I’ve gone to a real lash artist and have had the best experience. This place was a nightmare. Don’t go here.
Will not go back. I grew my eyebrows out to have thicker eyebrows and i told her keep them thick and she made them thin. I have to color them in.. defeat the purpose. Very upset. Im in tears. They never sanitized until i said something. She kept sniffling over me.
