Best WLM Reviews

Went in for shortness of breath and was very well taken care of. Doctor was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had. Was very attentive and caring. Highly recommend!!! Wait time might be long but worth the wait.
Oh this lady name Cathrine/Kathrine at the front desk is Super rude… my child got stung by bees and it was more than 30 minutes before they closed and this lady said they can’t see her as my child is crying from her pain…I asked her a simple question…can she ask the doc what could I do besides taking her 30min drive to a hospital and she told me to go ask a pharmacist…I said WHAT!????? Ok! I got you KAREN! DO NOT GO HERE IF SHE IS AT THAT WINDOW… she must have been on her rag…you see she was ready to take this pic… evil eyes no heart very sad… she does not need to be at the desk of a health care facility at all
after waiting 3 hours and 30 mins The doctor comes in the room and looks at my son’s stomach. son was complaining of severe stomach pain at night and then was sent home from school and the doctor wanted to stick his fingers up his butt to check his rectum, my sons 4. then told me that he think my son is just fine and hasn’t been constipated and hasn’t been crying at night about his stomach and it’s just all embarrassing and a part of growing up he just needs to learn how to potty train… then he looks at my sons throat from being scratchy and says that he doesn’t think he needs strep or Covid that he says he’s just fine. So then tells me that we can do the Covid or strep if I wanted to and I said no that I don’t think he has that and the doctor agreed my son didn’t have that either so he goes okay that’s fine now we can do an xray if you think he’s having a bigger issue but I think he’s just fine and I said can we do the xray just to take extra precautions because he has been screaming at night in pain about it… so he says okay walks out of the room and doesn’t come back sends the rude nurse back in the room to swab him for Covid, strep takes his blood and has him pee in a cup and there sending him for an xray. THAT IS RIDICULOUS HE JUST DID THAT TO TORTURE MY SON, all because I told him I just wanted to be sure… he wasn't very nice and considerate from the beginning of the appointment to begin with and neither was the nurse she’s not good with children at all… and she’s forcing me to hold down my 4 year old and he’s strong and sliding off of me kicking himself onto the floor and everything else. And they just had to prick and prod at him.. which is completely messed up because the doctor is upset with me for wanting to validate what was going on with my 4 year old and took it out on him.. turns out the X-ray came back that my son had a moderate stool burden and his blood work came back all over the place the doctor came back in the room and said that he didn’t expect to find any of that and basically still blew it off like nothing… and then just basically tried to walk out of the room and didn’t ask me if I had any questions about anything I stopped him to ask my concerns as he appeared very annoyed and told me to follow up with the pediatrician. My question is if you didn’t even expect for anything to come back then why put a 4 year old child through all of that. which I’m glad that the tests were ran because it turns out he has something bigger going on so we have scheduled an apt for first thing in the morning to my sons new pediatrician which we couldn’t get in today or we would have went there first, but there concern is pretty big with what was discovered and the urgent care doctor said for my son to not be rechecked for a week and to drink prune juice but the pediatrician says my son needs to be seen first thing in the morning. If I could give this place ZERO Stars I would my autistic 4 year old has been upset all day since. He’s had a horrible morning from all of this.DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. The only thing good about this place was the lady at the front desk, she should work somewhere more professional and caring. I’m a CNA myself and I can tell you this is not an experience I have ever wanted for any of my patients nor given to any of my patients especially not a 4 year old child.
Needed a strep test& waited over 3hrs with hardly any other people there& then they sent people back that was there after us& when I asked why she said apparently the lady didn't put us in the computer to be seen right away& it put us farther down on the list. I would have been more understanding if it had been crowded but it was farrr from it. There were only 2 that had made their app online. We left& went to ER, we were in& out of there in less than 45 minutes & were treated great. I love Anmed but this place needs more Dr's or something.
My stepson needed to be seen for possible concussion from football practice .
We made an appointment at 8:20 AM . The same time we showed up another young man and his dad showed up with what looked like a finger injury . One of his family members works here and she jogged out to see him real quick . They brought us back at the same time. They rushed this kid with his not so serious looking finger injury through his entire process with no appointment and we still sit here with a possible head injury concussion. No big deal right doc ? We still havent seen a doc
I’ve never had a good experience here. They don’t care about you .
I was *sharing my experience* when suddenly the post blacked out and went back to the website. Suffice it to say, I waited two and a half hours , with an appointment, and the Dr never came back to see me. There were three, including myself, in the waiting room. Don’t waste your time here, I won’t ever again.
Wish I could give them a negative review. Took grandchild in on Sunday who was complaining of ear pain and had not been feeling well since Thursday before. Was third person to arrive and taken back quickly and put in a room. Had a six year and 3 year old with me. Then we waited. And waited. About 2 hrs later we were seen and they said her ear was too clogged to tell if there was an infection but I could buy drops to unclog them. Asked them to do it, which took another 45 minutes and then they could see infection so prescribed antibiotics. Great. Then we proceed to ask for school excuse. They refused to back it up to cover her sick days. I don't understand that as you can't run a child to the Dr. Every time they feel bad but school wants a dr excuse. I just think the whole situation was way more difficult than it needed to be. So I guess we should have kept her out of school Monday to just wait until she could she her pediatrician and have another night of pain???
I had a very positive experience at AnMed Clemson - my first time going there for urgent care. Having booked an appointment online (highly recommend) there was some fluctuation on the timing (which I expected being an urgent care facility), I waited just over an hour to see a doctor. I received text updates leading up to my appointment time that clarified my wait time - helpful! The sign in process was friendly, professional, expedient. Sitting in the waiting area (wearing a mask is required) it was not crowded, though there were some walk-ins; everyone was treated with courtesy and respect. Theresa, the nurse, was wonderful - calm, understanding, clearly communicating next steps, and friendly. My examination by the doctor was thorough, and I felt seen and heard; I was given options for treatment, tests, etc. I highly recommend AnMed Clemson if you are in need of urgent care.
