Thank you for expediting my daughter hair. Franky did a wonderful job unbraiding and washing my 5 year old hair. She was very gentle, caring , and sweet towards my daughter. Anita did an amazing job braiding th style we wanted. Very comfortable and friendly environment. Highly recommend ????
My mom went in asking for braids and walked out with this mess. It looks like they put zero effort into braiding her hair. Absolutely horrible job and a complete waste of $70.
(GO TO ULTIMATE AFRICAN HAIR Braiders) Yes So I got my hair braided by one of the ladies ending near of last year for some box braids that wasn’t even braided all the way down to the ends . She told me 270 and I sent a 30$ deposit (which she was suppose to subtract from original price) .. in middle of hairstyle almost through she changes the price to 300 total .. she offered to refund me or do my hair again but she Did NOT. I wouldn’t trust them they unprofessional HOWEVER they can braid good. Make sure they CLEAR on price .. I can’t speak for other braider but the lady that did mine very money hungry and I am never going back. Liars.
Called to ask how much was box braids she told me one price then when I got there she up the price. Took 9 hours to do box braids. Front was done great but the rest of my head was done lazy, my hair came out the braids the next day they wasn’t tight. They had 5 people in my head for 9hours a waste of time & then when I ask for my refund had the nerves to reject it. Y’all need to do a better job at professionalism and making sure y’all charging people what the ask for… not just getting it done lazy not gaf. Oh and the love talking on the phone, while doing your hair and tending to the children and definitely Anita love watching Facebook videos while braiding your hair. Complete waste of money NEVER AGAIN

Used to refer Friends and family members to her but after this last visit never again. I came to her with a picture of the desired hairstyle / consultation to make sure she could braid my hair. After she confirmed that everything was OK I booked for the following day at one. I called her and told her I would be about five minutes late so that I could pick up her payment. I walked in at 1:06 PM and no one touch my head until 2:43. At first it was a pregnant lady who was working on my hair but I guess she got tired and moved to somebody else’s head and left me in the chair for about 20 minutes without saying anything. I asked for a simple part in the middle and she argued me down for about 10 minutes as to why the way she braids is better. I brought the picture in the day before to make So we didn’t have to have this conversation. She still put my part to the side and was upset that I wanted her to take it down and move my part to the middle. The hair that I chose was brown, why do I have purple braids in the back of my hair? And the best part is the fact that I had to return three different times because she literally braided my hair it’s about the halfway mark and then twisted the rest down. All of this and I still had to pay $220 (I only got them to my bra strap) Terrible customer service, terrible braids and it’s dirty. They can keep that ????????♀️
It was horrible. One of the workers braided my 12 yr old daughters hair like an amature. The braids were thin and different sizes. The owner had to redo her hair.I wasted too much time. The prices are extremely high in comparison to all the other shops. I'm glad I didn't get my hair braided there. It's a rip off.
