This place is nice and the owner is nice but they need to work on time management with they’re staff, my mom has came there multiple times with an appointment and has made her wait for an hour, I had an appointment at three and they’re making me wait two hours!! That doesn’t make sense if you make an appointment, that’s the whole point so that u get it done at that time. I used to come here all the time but the time management and the fact that an appointment isn’t an actual appointment is crazyyyy. They need to be on the same track especially if there is an appointment in place! I work in the beauty industry so I u destined running behind but telling me to come back two hours late is totally unacceptable!
They have a great salon and the stylist are helpful and the environment is great as well. However I feel they are very expensive I was charged $223 for a child braids this included take lout and wash. My daughter loves her hair. I even liked it but I just think it was to much. Also as you can see in the photos it doesn’t have the bun in the back like I wanted. I’m sorry I can’t continue to be over charged.
Anise got me in the same day and did an amazing job! First time getting them done, and couldn't have been more happy with her work. Totally recommend! Found the prices to be very fair for the amount of work she did!
Mrs Donna took me in as a walk in and provided excellent customer service. She was fast and it came out nice. It was my first time getting my hair twisted and she gave me all the information I needed to start my journey.
Was referred there by my sister, whom previously got her knotless done there, which seemed okay. I got something that was bigger, not to mention the Poor quality and got charged more than what she normally pays . I do not recommend. I was over charged $253 for some knotless, didn’t get the SMedium that I asked for, hair not fed in. Was not what I expected. Highly disappointed!! Looks like something that was done at someone’s kitchen. On top of that, although I was a walk-in, they started my hair, to only have the owner’s mom pull the girl who was braiding my hair to go do a take out on someone else without telling me nothing, like my $253 wasn’t a thing, let me wait for over an hr, after barely getting started. I asked to have my hair parted sideway to only have my hair parted slanted and uneven.
Once again we had an amazing experience! Salon ladies are always friendly and pleasant. The environment is welcoming and the music was great as well! Keep up the GREAT work!!
Oh I LOVE this Salon! Donna was absolutely AMAZING doing my sons two-twist braids. She had his whole head done in 50 minutes and he couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. Great skills, personality, price, vibe,…she was just the BEST. Can’t wait to go back!
I had a wonderful experience ! Everyone was very nice and sweet:) . Very professional and gave me the best tips for my hair . I am so thankful especially that they open as early as 9 am ! I left looking and feeling like a snack !!! God knows when I came in , I needed help ! They did that ! For any of your needs ! I would definitely recommend you come here ! I will definitely be a returning and loyal customer . An absolute pleasure ! ????
