Best WLM Reviews
First time at this Vietnamese restaurant. Craving for some vegan pho got me here. The fresh tofu rolls were 10/10. Vegan pho ???? 10/10 , delicious broth and quantity pretty good. The lemongrass tofu with steamed rice 10/10.
They were busy on a weekend night.
Would definitely come back!
I had bun vermicelli. I liked it and the portion size was good. But it could be a little bland for Sri Lankans or Indians. However, the meat in the dish was well balanced. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Good value for money.
The food is not authentic Vietnamese but still very decent. You just have to judge it for what it truly is, which is Vietnamese food made outside of Vietnam, something in and of itself an entirely different species.
Summer rolls were pretty good, rolls were nice and tight, fillings fresh and plenty enough. What’s lacking was the herbs but it’s understandable why they’re not there. The Pho was typical overseas pho, which means South Vietnam flavor profile, dry noodles instead of fresh, and presented with bean sprouts and basil. Nonetheless the broth was deep and the filet mignon was very tender.
Service was very prompt and friendly. We got to know David, who’s half Vietnamese half black and grew up in Vietnam. Had such nice talk with him. Thank you and see you again!
The pho broth was nice but the bowl was mostly noodles and a few pieces of meat. The portion was massive, with again, mostly noodles. The spring rolls were nice however were missing. However, all of this aside… the restroom was the worst restroom i’ve ever seen. the floors were sticky, the toilet was leaking out of the bottom, and the soap was so watered down it was essentially just… water. while the food was fine I am concerned for the cleanliness of this restaurant as bathroom are a good indicator of this.
I ordered battered shrimp that was cold extremely overly battered and lacked flavored. I also ordered the spring roll, which had no flavor as well; Cold and disgusting. Lastly, I ordered the chicken wings, which were extremely large and soaking wet in sauce. Not to mention, they forget two of my items and I had to drive back to retrieve the remaining. I would not come a here again .
Great lunch at Anh’s Kitchen! I had shrimp Pho and also shrimp spring rolls. The spring rolls were super fresh and the peanut sauce that comes with them is amazing.
The pho broth is also great, full of flavour and such a huge portion for the price!
Service was also really friendly and efficient. Will definitely return when I’m back in Atlanta!
me and my partner were driving in from Savannah looking for some late night dinner and this place was the highest rating on google for late night pho , when we arrived the ambience was great , not crowded at all. We got to pick our own seats and they brought us our drinks , for appetizer we order shrimp tempura and veggie egg rolls . my partner absolutely loved the egg rolls ..
OVERALL REVIEW :
Shrimp clay bowl 8.9 /10 - added chili sauce 9/10
Chicken Clay bowl 10/10
Spicy beef pho 5/10 - needed spice and lemon but still good
White rice- hard to screw up rice but the rice was so sticky and well cooked 9/10
Passion fruit lemonade 9/10 , not too sweet , perfectly sweet and not too bitter
Mango Rice 10/10 !! literally so soft and subtle, I loved how it wasn't sweet it was so delectable
Would I go back? I absolutely would! I still had enough for leftovers... hope this review is helpful
The service here is very fast. After taking our drink orders they were able to get out appetizers out with 5 to 10 minutes and all of our entrees shortly after. All of the food had great flavor that you would expect from Vietnamese food. The kitchen was also very accommodating for my little nephew who only want just steam rice and two fried eggs which wasn't on the menu. They made that dish just for him because he's such a picky eater. I would recommend this place to anyone who likes or wants to try Vietnamese food.
