We went there for our anniversary and the service was Excellent and the server was so friendly. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were Fantastic. The dessert was so so good. I will definitely be coming back.
Jonathan was an amazing server. Our food came quickly and was mostly good. My husband’s ribeye was tough and gristly, but it was replaced immediately. Jonathan said even the chef took a look when we sent it back and knew it was not their normal quality. We were quite satisfied with the way it was handled and Jonathan treated us well in our anniversary. The filet was yummy!
When we arrived I was skeptical. I ordered the pork chops and they were delicious. I didn’t come close to finishing. The pork chops were huge. The salad was fresh and very tasty. My husband ordered fried shrimp and said it was very good. Kristina was our server and she was outstanding. Great service great food.
The food and service was good! Our server was Steve. The tables are not deep enough. Our families knees kept hitting the table legs and chains. The metal and wood seat chairs need a cushion. They are ridiculously hard especially for upscale menu pricing. I am a former server & hostess. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years in mid to upscale restaurants. This ambiance needs help! The food is good!
Had dinner last night at Angus in Calabash. Service was very good from Kayla. We enjoyed our meal. Food was served well and tasted wonderful. Steak was delicious. We enjoyed that it wasn’t seasoned… just a fresh cut, grilled well and served hot.
A real treat, will go again for a special occasion! The food is more than I normally spend when I go out but it was worth it. Waitstaff, Andrew was great!
Was looking for a good steakhouse, not just a restaurant with a steak option. Found it here. Place is right on the water, so amazing views. Jonathan was our server and was attentive and helpful. Food was so good!! Cooked perfectly, and my steak was served on a stone hot plate to keep it sizzling. Loved that you can add a side of crab legs to any order. Will definitely be going back.
Tonight was our first time dining here & it was an awesome experience. The place is so comfy casual with just the right amount of lighting and volume on the music. The food was delicious! We tried the asparagus appetizer and loved it! Steaks were cooked to perfection with great side choices. The very best part of the night was meeting our server Becca who gets the best server award as far as I'm concerned! She was very friendly, knowledgeable of the menu and owners history and absolutely a delight. We will definitely be coming back regularly and especially on Becca's work shift nights. My advice, don't let her get away! :) Great food, atmosphere and staff! Five stars & two thumbs up!! Thank you! Sue ????????????????❤️
