Awesome place always friendly and fast great place to take family and friends and they have different types of shrimp crab and more also great lunch specials under $20 highly recommend.
I always go there and everybody be so nice until today. I’m disappointed there was a white girl who had a bunch of piercing. I don’t know where she just had an attitude about everything. I asked for extra garlic sauce and she was just like oh really right now we’re about to close And it was crazy to me and she charge me extra on my food The crazy part is I asked for 1 pound of shrimp and my one pound look like this. I will never go again. Because of her attitude.
I come here at least once a week, all the waiters and bartenders are friendly and fast. The food here is amazing. If you want spicy this is the place. I get the level 5 and it's HOT! The seafood is fresh and delicious! They have weekly specials and have the best service for seafood boils! It's a must, whether you are visiting or a local you gotta try them. You won't be disappointed
I sat for at least 25 mins before anyone asked for my order and drink, I almost walked out. Kat took my order and was kind then I was given a new waiter Emily who didn't do much but talk with her coworkers. It seems the urgency was counting tips & partying rather than tending to guests. The food and drink were satisfying at least, the years of customers graffiti is a bit of a turn off.
It was Soooooo worth the wait!!! We will definitely be coming back. Pat and Ashley had such hospitality and astounding customer service. The food was INCREDIBLE, we ate it up and ordered to go because it was just that good.
This was our first time here and it was an all around great experience. The greeter was very nice and so was our waitress. She answered all of our questions and checked in on us throughout the meal but not in an annoying way. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the gator bites with a side of fried shrimp and my girlfriend had the fried catfish basket. We both noticed that each dish was fried but all in different batters. We kept seeing the seafood boils getting delivered to various tables and those looked amazing too. I expected it to be pricey but we had a round of drinks, an appetizer, and two meals for around $80. We will definitely be back soon.
Tori was our server and manager was David. Just a great experience out for the evening! Our orders were timely the drinks were perfect the ambience was really embracing! The team on duty seemed earnest in their pursuit of service, big smiles everywhere and to me even the other customers were having a great experience - food 5, service 5, drinks 5 - a High 5 all around!
Keenan made the whole experience wonderful. My 9 yo Grandsons first trip to Angry Crab Shack. He enjoyed the calamari the most and he already knew that it was squid! (I didn't expect him to like it)
