We tried the Chicken Spicy ranch salad, the Steak Cobb salad, and shared a Lobster Roll. The salads were very yummy they come with ample amount of dressing. The lobster roll was a bit chewy and the bread was tough. We waited over 28min in a drive through for our food when only 2 cars were in front of us so that was a bummer and why the service is rated low. Besides that I would probably give them another chance sometime.
I got the Mediterranean bowl with steak for $10.63. This does not include a drink. The steak was cooked medium rare, which is like. The portion size was healthy and the ingredients were fresh. I also like that you pay where you order.
Food is not bad for the price. I'm not the type to spend $25 or more for a sandwich, so this hit the spot. Service could have been a little bit more friendly, I feel like the chick was mad at me ordering. A little bit more politeness, does go a long way. Be warned, this is a drive-thru only.
I'm actually a bit shocked as normally the food served here is excellent, I brought the spicy fried lobster sandwich, shrimp and an extra side of lobster. It's apparent that the grease hadn't been changed for several days which makes the taste a bit off putting. For the $20 bucks I spent I'd expect much better.
Look them up on google and they had good review do i decide to give them a try.. First of all the staff... Hey where very friendly and helpful.. As a new customer is had 21 questions and they answer all of them.. I ended up getting a #1 combo and a fried lobster tail and I must say its was good.. I would definitely recommend it. Lobster was well cooked and the lemon butter was on point.. And all that good for 15$ it was a good deal..
I love salad and go and was super excited to try this place. The food was dry and the steak tasted old. Everything, I mean everything, had a weird greasy film on it. The salsa, the underside of my drink lid, the bag, etc etc. I couldn't finish my food because I had no idea what this stuff was. Very unfortunate and I'll be trying another location for lunch because I really want to like this place.
The snow crab roll, the grilled shrimp roll, and the spicy honey fried shrimp rolls are all fantastic!! I will be returning.
It did taste like the fryer oil was probably due to be changed but otherwise 10/10.
The ordering situation is different, you order and pay by card at the speaker then pick up your food at the window. The lobster roll is pretty good and priced really well. Is it the best lobster roll you've ever had? Probably not, but we are hundreds of miles from an ocean so we 'get what we get and we don't throw a fit'.
