Best WLM Reviews
*****UPDATE: I reached out to the owner shortly after making this review. This morning, she tried to bribe me with $10 off my next order if I took this review down!!!*****
My boyfriend and I frequently order from here. We typically get a large big mac pizza. Every other time besides now has been decent. The food is nice, it’s typically cooked well, and the workers behind the counter are nice.
However, about an hour ago, we placed an order for, you guessed it, a large Big Mac pizza, and it was QUITE undercooked. I have worked at numerous pizza places myself, and I know how a pizza should be cooked. Some of the hamburg was pink, the dough was pretty gummy (meaning it’s not cooked), and a lot of the cheese in the middle wasn’t melted. Like I said, I work in food service myself, so getting extremely angry at the folks who also work in food service doesn’t accomplish much in most situations. I called nicely and they offered to give me credit or remake the pizza, but to be quite honest I don’t want to eat here any time soon. I would much rather have preferred my money back, but they wouldn’t give it back. To be blunt, I’m not impressed. Like I said, I won’t be eating in here any time soon (more likely ever again).
I placed an order for a pizza, and was told 15-20 minutes. But I waited 35 for it and in the whole I was waiting never once did any employee change there gloves or washed there hands. They were in and out the kitchen area, touching there clothes, face, phone, register and went back to making food, and everything else. So gross and unsanitary. Not a good experience.
Angelo's is absolutely amazing! The food is delicious and was the first pizza place we tried when we moved out here almost two years ago. Now, we have a tradition of going once a month for a pizza! The service is always top-notch! Thank you Angelo's for always being so fantastic!
The front of house staff/the back of house staff, everybody. I said everybody. Was moving and groovin' if I order a burger. The picture attached is what I expect to see. Seasoned well. Plenty of big whole red onion, whole pickles. Will be returning hands down.
Ordered steak sandwiches for delivery was told 35 to 45 minutes. Waited and called after an hour. They said it was out for delivery. Called again after another 15 minutes and they are about ready to close in 5 minutes. The person we talked to was very rude. We said food was going to be cold and soggy and he said well that we got a lot of deliveries at last minute and I said that doesn't help my food and he hung up on me and It has been an hour and a half and still waiting and they are closed. I paid with a credit card so I can't do much about it but I will never order again from them and I will be going in on Monday when they open and talking to the owner. it's been an hour and a half still waiting an hour and 40 minutes and finally arrived
Hands down THE best pizza...as someone who can eat pizza everyday and not get tired of it, this has been my "Pizza All Others Are Measured Against"...but it's not just the pizza, everything is great. When I go to my favorite pizza place it's hard to not get pizza...since our trips to Tarpon Springs have given me a love of Gyros I figured l'd give theirs a go...This was exceptional.
Typically an amazing place and service, but I got a pizza delivered and it took an hour and a half when it was only suppose to take an hour, and they gave us the wrong pizza. We called to complain and maybe get compensated, but got hung up on and blocked. This night was a horrible experience! Typically fantastic, but something was up their butts tonight. Not at all impressed this time!!!
I'm guessing I won't receive any thank you from owner management because the only ones that get the thank yous from you are the great thanks you. I'm sorry but when you put a sheet of freaking Ham on a ham and bacon pizza that's not pleasant I will try you guys again but I only hoping you step it up because Hammond Street angelino's Pizza is better than you 10 folds over
