My husband and I stopped here after the ballet and to say the whole experience was amazing start to finish. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, classy and inviting. Our waiter was pleasant and attentive and to say the food was good is not doing it justice!! It was truly amazing. And the garlic bread is a must!! Thank you from a great evening for our first night in NYC
I had an awesome experience at Angelo's Pizza! Aseef and Brandon were super friendly and made sure everything was perfect. The pizza was delicious with a great crust and tasty toppings, and the desserts were amazing too. Highly recommend checking it out!
Only reason every category got a 4/5 is because I expected better. The Mozzarella Sticks weren’t that great for their price. The pizza was floppy, needed to be cooked more. The bacon in the rigatoni vodka was very chewy and needed to be crispier. On the One Bite app I gave the pizza a 7.4/10. The pizza needs more flavor, had to add Parmesan cheese, oregano, and red pepper. All and all, it’s okay, definitely not worth stopping by if you’re looking for really good Italian food.
Wow, the location, service and times open are everything. The pizza is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and get a margherita pie, if you want add pepperoni (they're smaller sliced and cup when cooked). I actually took a pie to go and had to bring it with me to Miami. The meatballs are so delicious too! I'll definitely be back and get friends and family to visit on NYC trips.
We ate here 5 years ago while on vacation and had a great meal so when we had the chance again this year we went back. We were happy to see that things haven't changed. The food is well prepared, the service is attentive and friendly, and prices are ok. The decor could use updating but that's a minor thing.
Would recommend Angelo's for terrific Italian food in the city.

It's been at least 3 years since I've first had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and when I tell you I'm still chasing the initial margarita pizza high, I'm not being hyperbolic. Angelo's margarita pie was the best pizza I've had in my over 40 years of life, so far. I pray the fine people who operate this establishment are blessed, healthy and happy and keep making great pizza lol. If you're able to, do yourself a favor and make the trip, even if you have to travel from the extreme end of the contiguous US like I did. Hope to come back soon with friends.
Me and my 3 friend’s dined together at Angelo’s Pizza , we ordered gnocchi , veg pasta , pizza . The server Nancy suggested us to order Vegetable Pasta as there were no much modifications / vegetarian alternatives. Two of us are allergic to mushroom plus the pasta wasn’t tasty at all and on request , the server was too rude , won’t take the dish back for modifications and argued further more . One of the lady manager in support acted the same as server did . No proper hospitality . Really pathetic service . Would never suggest this place for dining in especially with such worst customer service. I’m adding the picture of pasta - because as per the manager and the server’s argument - we ate most of it and whereas it was only a bit we had in our plate with mushrooms aside .
