Best WLM Reviews
This review is written with two different opinions on pizza. One I am not a pizza person and the other could eat pizza 3 meals a week. I personally am not a fan of the pizza but the crust is good. All while the pizza lover wishes this pizza was near us. The food review is mediocre vs a full 5 star review. Because we have two different opinions on what good pizza should taste like.
We loved this restaurant and the atmosphere! There’s even a game room. It did take about a hour to receive our food, but overall everything was delicious! ????
Great pizza, friendly and accommodating staff. One of the few places open this time of year and at 8pm. Thanks Angelo's!
Pretty good pizza for south of Jersey. Solid mozzarella sticks. Nice sized and clean dining area. Arcade is attached. Probably the best pizza we have had in OBX.
Got small half chicken Parm pizza with pepperoni and half cheesy bread sticks. Truly the best of both worlds. Huge ice cream selection for cups, cones and milkshakes and some topping options available. Awesome place for family fun or date night. Be patient food can be 20mins to 45mins depending on how busy but the staff is very attentive and informative about food and got everything out quick and hot . Amazing food and fresh ingredients. WELL worth the wait!!
Clean, cozy atmosphere. Friendly, fast service. They have a little arcade in the back we enjoyed after eating. Absolutely amazing pizza, spaghetti and meatballs! My son raved about the buffalo chicken sandwich! Disappointed the salad was made with shredded lettuce & sliced toppings for sandwiches. But all in all would definitely recommend you stop in if your in outer banks! They also have icecream you can enjoy after your meal!
We ordered a small half pineapple and half mushroom pizza. Also 6 honey bbq wing. Everything was delicious. I forgot to take a picture when we received the order. We were too hungry and it looked delicious. The pizza and wings were perfectly cooked.
Had Google maps allowed users to rate 0, I would have given this place a clear 0/5 stars.
No doubt it’s the worst pizza I ever had in my life. The amount of oil and grease on the pizzas is exorbitant. The crust is not baked properly and we could clearly taste the thick uncooked parts of the base. The cheese on the pizza is too gross and of very poor quality. It’s just similar to some melted rubber which had been rubbed onto an uncooked base. We couldn’t have it and had to just throw away it.
I bet if Gordan Ramsay comes to know about this place, he would be really happy to shoot an episode for Kitchen Nightmares. He would surely be disappointed with the quality of the food and may suggest some pointers to making this place better.
Coming to the service, it was indeed terrible. We have ordered 2 small sized pizzas and a cheese pizza by slice. Despite waiting for 40 minutes, we were not given our cheese pizza and had to remind them for it.
