Best WLM Reviews

This is our new place to hold our golf committee meetings, and the food is pretty good here. I love their ribs and sausage. The meat just falls off the rib bones. Mac and cheese is creamy and yummy and love the cole slaw. Its order when you walk in, and they get your plate filled up fairly quickly. Fountain drinks and sweet and unsweetened iced tea and a few beers.
Plenty of seating and parking out back. Its limited parking in the front.
The best BBQ spot in Fort Worth. Three generations of my husband’s family have been dining there, and when they introduced me to it I absolutely loved it. My favorites are brisket sandwich with rye bread, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. But everything I tried there was awesome!❤️
I must have picked the wrong time to go. The food was lukewarm. Between my family we had: chopped beef, sliced brisket, sausage, jalapeno sausage, macaroni, potato salad, green beans, and peach cobbler. The beef had kind of a good flavor but was tough and half of it was flat out dried out. Maybe we got the weekend leftovers or something, the darker part of the meat in the picture is DRYYYYY and all of our meat was like that. The macaroni was definitely over cooked but wasn't bad, I liked it. Potato salad was eh, the green beans were very clearly from a can, no seasoning and the second they touched your mouth they disintegrated. Lastly the peach cobbler just didn't really have a good taste.
Between 2 full plates and 1 one meat plate, kid plate, and the cobbler, it was just shy of $70 the portions were ok, not big not small
Quaint spot near downtown. Much bigger inside than your expect. Got the good vibes the moment we walked in. Got the brisket and ribs combo platter and a draft beer. Smoked corn on the cob, smoked and cheese for sides. This hit the spot!
This place has been here a long time. Your standard bbq offerings.. brisket, ribs, chicken, etc... The food is not as good as it used to be. I don't know if they have the same pitmasters from back in the day, but quality is not the same. Brisket has no flavor, dry, and dirty smoke taste. Ribs are dry as well. 3rd generation owners are still running the place, but the place doesn't seem like the spot for good bbq and few cold ones to enjoy for a couple hours.
Was looking for a BBQ place while in town on business and stumbled on Angelo’s. First, I absolutely loved the vibe here. It was like walking back in time and eating a places with my dad when I was a kid. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Got the full beef plate with potato salad and beans. Wasn’t overwhelmed but still let full.
Food was really good. Brisket was not dry and the sauce was really nice.
I would recommend stopping by here if you’re looking for just gold old fashion BBQ!
It's definitely one of the best BBQ places! Fresh and delicious meat. BBQ ribs were very good. Also, brisket was ????! Good atmosphere inside. Coleslaw was good. Backed beans, great choice. People are nice and friendly.
Bit dark, which I love. Large space. Bring the family or coworkers. Great for a cozy booth, big gathering, or just single dining. I bought the spices at Tom thumb and recognized the logo so I pulled into the parking lot when I realized I was next to it.
