Best WLM Reviews
This was a positive experience for us. Nancy’s health issues were evaluated in the exam and Dr. Pulgiano discussed them with us in a realistic & helpful way. We left this appointment knowing there is no “silver bullet out there waiting for us at our stage in life, but neither are there any tragic issues we need to address immediately. Thank you!
Dr Pulgiano is amazing! I was upset losing him as my doctor when he left the facility, and moving onto another opportunity after 6 years of being my doctor. Finding him again after a couple of years at Granger Medical was a blessing! He listens, he is thorough, and most of all, he is truly invested in my health and well being. The staff at Granger Medical is equally as incredible. From the moment you walk in and are greeted at the front desk, to being treated by the nursing staff, you feel as though you and your well being is the most importantly thing in front of them.
Dr. Pulgiano has been such a welcome relief to find in a medical professional. He, I believe, has saved my life by just LISTENING to me. He has aided in my coming off insulin and combining medications for better effectiveness in my overall health.
Dr. Pulgiano's staff is quick to respond and compassionate as well. You couldn't choose a better team to work with to have better quality of life!
I have always had an excellent visit while seeing Dr. Pulgiano. Answers all my questions. And offers solutions. A good listener. He has compassion for
patients. One of the best doctors I've seen in Utah. Before leaving the room he always asks is there any thing else we can take care of. He never makes you feel rushed like most doctors.
Office felt cold and the staff and Dr Pugliano were even colder. I was looking for a new primary care doctor after our insurance changed. He seemed to have a lot of high reviews with an occasional low review. I fully agree with all of the previous low reviews. He was disinterested in me and my health. I was quick to wrap up and finish the physical exam. I have worked in healthcare for 25 years and I have never come across a doctor that expressed an overall lack of interest. I will not be returning to Dr Pulgiano or Granger Medical.
I’ve now had three separate visits with Dr. Pulgiano, and unfortunately, each time has been worse than the last. The first time I visited for a routine physical, he seemed uninterested, but I brushed it off, thinking it was just an off day.
The second time I went for the removal of a spot on my arm, things took a sharp downturn. He didn’t wait for the anesthetic to fully kick in before starting the procedure. The removal and cauterization were excruciatingly painful, and his excuse was that he was understaffed and in a hurry. It was one of the most painful experiences I’ve had, and it felt like my discomfort wasn’t even a consideration.
On my third visit, it was clear he had already formed his opinion and diagnosis before stepping into the room. He was belligerent, uninterested, and didn’t seem to care what I had to say. It was as though he was more focused on getting through the appointment than actually addressing my concerns. If anything, I felt worse walking out of the clinic than when I walked in.
Dr. Pulgiano should revisit the Hippocratic Oath—because leaving a patient feeling unheard and dismissed is certainly not a part of it. If you hate interacting with people this much, perhaps consider a role where you can process lab results in a dark corner, away from patients who need compassionate care.
Additionally, I can confirm many of the negative reviews about Dr. Pulgiano are spot on. He doesn’t listen to his patients, and his demeanor is unsettling and dismissive.
If you’re looking for a doctor who is compassionate and actually listens to your concerns, look elsewhere. Believe the negative reviews—they’re telling the truth.
The most awkward and cold doctors visit I have ever experienced. Dr. Pulgiano was completely disinterested in seeing me and anything I had to say. I have worked in healthcare for over 20 years and this is the worst doctors visit I have ever had. Change in insurance resulted in a change in my primary care doctor. Reviews seemed strong for Dr. Pulgiano so I thought I would schedule my yearly physical. Simply put, I will not be returning and will not be going back to Granger Medical. I am embarrassed that my insurance would even pay for the exam.
we moved from Tooele. we got this new doctor. in some ways they are thorough in other ways they didn’t ask some of the normal questions or run all of the labs that usually doctors do for me. otherwise I’m learning about hypertension now. among other health improvements & trying to make some better changes.
