Local diner with 5 star food and service.
We all know the usual diner food, but often times it is poorly prepared but that isn’t the case here. I was genuinely impressed by the cook on their meat. Our server was really sweet! If I had to nitpick, coffee was average.
Pretty cool find for us, will stop again if we drive past this town again.
Found this place real quick on a Google search while we were heading through Virginia. This place is to die for, everybody was dancing around having a fun time while doing their job, service was quick, food is amazing salmon was perfectly cooked macaroni and cheese full of flavor and the gumbo is amazing! Play highly suggest stopping in here prices are right on point for amount given and speed plus flavors.
Western Omelet, Hash Browns, and Biscuit was very good! Country Boy Omelet was ok...just wanted to try something different. Being a true southerner...I didn't care for the grits. They were too creamy. Bloody Mary was good! Overall though...a very good meal. I would recommend this place! ????
Found this spot searching for breakfast as we drove thru and boy did we pick right!
Food was fantastic, service was on point and restaurant was clean and nice. Location is very close to the highway just around the corner so you can easily get to it.
Y'all, the pancakes though. You gotta believe I wanted more pancakes at the first bite! Definitely the winner here. I'd get those again and again. Grits were just ok, sausage gravy was excellent, eggs were unseasoned but scrambled well and I appreciate that. The sausage was two round patties and had good flavor.
They use a clover payment system so you can just scan the QR code to pay and bounce.

Always loved coming to Angelle's for a Sunday breakfast or brunch. Today was a big disappointment. It took five minutes to get menus after seating outside. Got three different servers, first one was so unfriendly. When our order arrived we did not have any utencils; i called the waitress but that went unnoticed and i had to go back in to get utencils. Food was meh. No butter for the toast, only a very artificial whipped spread
Surprisingly good food and very good service. I ordered Angelle’s smothered biscuit skillet, massive portion of food for under $11, impressed really.
Wow! I am so happy to leave a 5* review finally. This diner has something special going on. Fresh. High quality ingredients, friendly well groomed service, fresh and fast. My hubby and I are well traveled and rarely find a place worthy of 5 star. Keep up the good work! This place is awesome and will be on our map to stop for future travels.
I am thruhiking the Appalachian Trail and have been on the trail for just about 2 months now. I've eaten at tons of places, but I have to say they probably have the best breakfast on the trail.
The food quality, including lunch and dinner, was stellar. I would highly recommend.
