Had a quick brunch here on veterans day and we loved it. Everything was fresh and came out fast. We both got the 2 eggs with bacon/sausage, toast, and grits/potatos. The iced latte was delicious as well. Will be back whenever we are in the area!
Huge menu and friendly service. Tables, booths and bar seating available. Delicious breakfast with a biscuit big enough to land a plane on it. Grits are a unique taste here, be ready for that. Coffee is hot and delicious.
The place was jumpin!! Very busy! I and my sweet wife was seated quickly and Daniel our waiter greeted us with a big smile. Little snafu with the beverages was quickly corrected. We had the Greek Skillet. It was delicious!! The sign says scratch kitchen. I believe everything was prepared fresh. If you are in the area and don't stop in,you are missing out!! They have many yummy items on their menu.
For the year's I've been here the egg omlettes I've been ordering was always great and made me full. However, as time goes by, the portions, I've noticed been rather getting smaller and smaller and the potatoes they provide has always been burnt and rock solid. The price isn't a problem, I'd gladly pay for something that's expensive but makes me at least full. However, this isn't what I've been experiencing. Sad to say the chances of me coming back are low as portions and how it's been prepared is more poorly every visit. Not to mention I also found hair once in my omlette.
Traveling through and stop here to grab some breakfast! The place looks awesome but we experienced horrible service. 4 other tables sat after us and receive their meal before us . Our food came out 45 min later and the eggs and bacon were cold and hard. The family and I are disappointed ,we came in super hungry and left hungry and upset. Please do better next time.
My husband and I had brunch. They were a little busy when we arrived, but we were quickly seated. Service was a tad slow, but the food was delicious and priced great for what it all was. The iced late I had was also amazing. Whatever roast they use is ????.
Exceptionally unorganized. And the food was dreadful. Ordered avacado toast, eggs over medium, with seasoned potatoes, and a chicken sandwich with fries. Eggs were severely undercooked, they missed the “seasoned” part of the potatoes, the chicken sandwich was chicken nuggets on a bun and cold fries. Service staff were snappy and uninviting, and takes a very long time to receive your food. Judging by reviews, lots of people really need to venture outside of Burlington to experience good service and food, because Angelina’s absolutely isn’t it.
The past 3 years, we have tried the entire menu, and the crepes win every time!! My small business chooses this place every time. I also take meetings here for lunch when I have important visitors, The young wait staff often forgets items, but they correct quickly and the service is great. We've gone during the week and even when it's packed on weekends. As an herbalist and herbal tea apothecary owner, I prefer food that is seasoned but not over the top. Portions and prices are good. Needs to improve on keeping hot food and their warming light for temperatures.
