Best WLM Reviews
Absolutely amazing and delicious pastries! The line was out the door but there was no line for the self order kiosk, which was simple and our pastries were ready quickly. Nice little seating area upstairs. The strawberry croissant had an amazing strawberry cream center and the Nutella donut was so good. Super sweet little spot to stop in the city!
Quality varies between the cakes and pastries but as long as you choose wisely you’ll love it. Our favourites were the tiramisu cups, pistachio croissant and focaccia. But that said, the pretty red cake was super underwhelming. Eat upstairs for the best experience.
The best bakery I ate from in New York! The croissants are amazing. So are the foccacia. The bombolone are just unbelievable! Wow! Almost impossible to eat anywhere else after eating here!
I came with the intention of trying their Rolly Croissant but, unfortunately, I arrived too late & they were out of them. I had their Pistachio Croissant instead. :sigh: absolutely delicious. Just wish there was a lot more filling ???? Unlike myself, my husband doesn't have much of a sweet tooth and doesn't even really enjoy croissants (crazy, I know) - he ate half of my Croissant and took almost all of the Pistachio filling ???? We also ordered 2 cannolis - Pistachio & a regular. Sadly, we weren't crazy about them. NOT that they weren't good but, we've definitely had better. We also got there at end of their day so we didn't have fresh goodies. ????
It's a very cute, small spot. They do have an upstairs for more seating, however, it was closed when we went so we got lucky that a family got up to leave and we were able to sit.
The staff was so sweet. We would definitely go back and I would love to get there early to try their fresh treats ???? plus experiment with all those other delicious goodies and cakes that they have. We saw them serve ice cream cones to customers and they decorate it so nicely with a heart shaped waffle wafer. Felt funny asking them for a picture though lol
Enjoy the pics and videos and if you try any of those goodies - drop a comment to let me know your thoughts and/or suggestions ????
They look So yummy and appetizing! Atmosphere is good and service not bad. Problem is we bought three times from this place, and every time we gave benefit of doubt on the taste. Taste is not that great! Almond croissant pass, spinach and egg pastry pass, Nutella donut pass: pass as to not bother getting again.
Unfortunately I was expecting taste to be better :(
Appalling and over priced! Friends and I visited in Autumn 2024 for lunch to go. The sandwiches were dry and flavourless; and the coffee vile. We threw away $40 worth of coffee and sandwiches without taking so much as a second bite or sip. The caprese sandwich as photographed had no pesto, no oil, no butter - nothing. Just dry stale bread, tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella with a shave of basil. Presentationally appealing but not so much edible. I would not recommend or revisit.
Pastries are beautiful and delicious. The Gelato is creamy and refreshing. The sandwiches looks good- maybe we will try one next time. Located close to the theaters and open late so be sure to stop in after your show gets out. Discovered this place in October and have been recommending it to everyone.
It’s a very cute and cozy bakery with an amazing history behind the owner’s efforts and talent.
They have many great sweet and savory options like croissants, filled croissants and croissant sandwiches, donuts, bomboloni, variety of cakes and cheesecake and coffee.
We ordered “Strawberry Croissant”, “Pistachio Croissant”, “Mont Blanc Bomblone”, “Egg & Spinach Focaccia” and coffee and enjoyed them at the tables upstairs.
