Ordered on DoorDash and everything was delicious. I loved this breakfast rice bowl. I love rice for breakfast and most places don’t do rice. Expansive selection of beverages too. This tastes like breakfast should. Like ma made it in the kitchen for you. It was a good portion of food too. A way better choice over fast food delivery.
Food was pretty good good for the price. Pancakes were made perfectly. The home fries were cooked well. Service could be a tad bit better. The water cups and silverware wasn’t cleaned the best. I recommend getting a bottled water instead. Ask for plastic silverware. I would most likely return. Not a bad place for breakfast.
I appreciate a great diner type atmosphere, where the service is down to earth and the food taste like home. Sometimes you need that after spending high ticket prices for small portions of mediocre food.
The food was average. I ordered jumbo shrimp and it was more like butterfly shrimp. The hot chocolate didn’t taste good when compared to other places I’ve been too and the sodas come in cans instead of glasses. The menu is huge with a lot to choose from and the server I had was nice. The inside of the restaurant was clean but the owners were fussing about the cleanliness right in front of me while i was eating.
It's usually cool but lady sold me some soup last week terrible then today overcharged and did not give me what I paid for. Left that crap at counter today 12-16-2024 that lady needs to work in back fr at least know your menu and pricing almost worst then going to corner store
I always enjoy this mom /pop restaurant. But today was totally different. Let me start by saying even in CoVID days it was standing room waiting to be seated. Today @ 9:15 a.m it was approximately 5 to 7 people seated.
The staff didn't greet us as they usually do. It appears that they we're fully staff. Some staff were working on pick up orders and others were chilling. Food came out on-time under 7-10 minutes.
Our waitress was nice but forgot items to our order and she did not come and check on our table. Pictures are worth a 1000 words. It was not appealing to sat at a table that was not cleaned. The basket filled with coffee creamer was nasty. The salt and pepper shakers had dried food on them. Although the coffee was good, no saucer for my coffee. I don't think I will return again.
The food was ok the waitresses are kinda snobby/rude.. this was my first time visiting. There was no paper in the receipts machine and the woman checking me out charged my card twice and got a little attitude with me because the receipt machine wasn't printing her paper lol.. she did give me cash in return but she sat it on the counter and told me " take your money" customer service is not a factor here.. maybe it was just my experience but I left unpleased and disappointed. Waitress wasn't listening clearly to busy looking everywhere else
I ordered breakfast 2 pancakes eggs and sausage one of the pancakes was severely undercooked I return it ...instead of the chef making. E a new pancake he put the undercooked pancake back on the grill...I had to .ake the waitress remove it from my bill.. I will never eat there again!
