Natalie was amazing! She made recommendations on color options for my nails & my toes! I am very pleased with my service. I got Gel x for the 1st time & they feel very light on my nails. Very natural! My feet feel amazing as well!
Tried to get my toes and nails painted at the last minute before a wedding and this place was able to get me in. The paint and color were fine but when shaping my toe nails he used a cuticle trimmer on the sides as my toes tend to curve a little when they grow, then pulled the cut piece off which was still attached at the quick! He did it to 3 of my toes in a row from my middle toe to my pinkie toe causing two of them to bleed and get a little inflamed. I should probably do one star just for that but the rest of the experience was okay.
I asked for ombré nails and this is what he did. I was so frustrated because this is just absolutely unacceptable. I would’ve appreciated him being honest and saying he didn’t know how to do the style but he allowed me walk out of the shop with my nails like this. I went back in and thankfully another worker Natalie fixed it and she did a great job. Even though the other worker did a great job fixing I won’t be going back. I understand every nail tech might not know how to do every single style there is, but there is absolutely no reason as a licensed nail tech you should have anybody’s nails looking like THAT!

years. The place has always been very clean & the nail techs are very nice & professional. I’ve been getting my nails done by Natalie for about 3+ years. Natalie does absolutely beautiful & gorgeous work which I always get compliments on her work. I would recommend this nail salon to everyone !

Horrible nail job! My gel manicure peeled off both thumbs the same day so I had to go back the next day to get them fixed. The polish job was not neat very lumpy and overall I couldn’t get a good week out of my nails before the rest of the polish started chipping. Big toenails uneven .. just a mess $70 down the drain .. Don’t say I didn’t warn you! Photos are are from 7 days after I got them done
I had a gel pedicure there today. The nail tech was very kind and friendly however the quality of the work was awful. The gel feels soft, it was not done curing. The nail trim looks bad…and the top coat was not applied properly around the perimeter of the nails. Uhmm no don’t even go…????????????

I know feet pics are kinda unattractive sometimes but that way I can show the poor work.
Natalie has done my nails perfectly, and exactly how I envisioned them. But she has a terrible attitude. Here in the picture, you can see my French nails (they’re a tiny bit outgrown). Classic nails, simple, not complicated at all.
I came in for a refill and specifically requested Natalie since she did such a good job of my first set with her. When I told her I wanted French nails again, she sort of rolled her eyes and sighed. She then did my nails and rushed through the process.
I know I’m not a rude customer; I’m a typical, quiet, GenZ customer. I tip like normal too, so I’m not sure what was that about?
With that attitude, what do you think I wanna come back and be her regular? Of course not.
