My nail technician Kay was very kind, delicate, and sweet. She did a very nice job with my nails and even suggested that I tried light pink chrome nails. It looks very natural and beautiful. She was quiet but efficient. The salon was clean and organized.
However, this was the most I have ever paid for a set of nails. I paid $148 for myself (dip+tip+chrome) and a basic French tip gel manicure. I was a little surprised at this price but that’s my only complaint.
Amazing job by my regular tech Cindy!! I have tried several other nail salons, and while this salon is a bit more pricey, it is worth it. She pays special attention to my pedicure and makes sure that attention to detail is taken care of. Staff all around is very friendly and efficient!!
Unfortunately a terrible experience for my daughter's nails for homecoming. If I could give zero stars, I would. Tammy was shown a picture of what my daughter wanted and did something totally different even after repeatedly explaining what she wanted. She wanted rounded nails but they were shaped pointy and looked like claws. She wanted a glitter stripe on each nail, but instead got a completely different design on just one nail. Also burned her skin and it was bleeding from the nail drill. They said they would fix but we did not have the time as we already were there for over 90 minutes, so I asked for at least some money back and only received $10 back. Price was twice as much as expected. They kept adding on a bunch of extras to the service that we clearly did not want, and then charged extra. We left this place extremely disappointed and my daughter was next to tears. Maybe another nail tech would have been better, but I will not go here again.
Me and my male friend went to go get pedicures done. We called last minute and were able to get in right away. Which was awesome. I had Charlie who was amazing, he held good conversation and was super friendly and out going, I’ve never felt comfortable enough to carry full conversation while at a nail salon, so this was pleasure able, super good expedience, I will definitely be back and requesting him. Only downside was the lady my friend had kept trying to upsale us to the 75$ pedicure after we said no twice. Which was kind of annoying. But over all good experience.
I paid $97. I wanted the first picture and left with that. The tech I got looked unsure and the manager kept coming over to take over. When I said the lines were brown they said it was too much brown so I just let them use the black. I don’t know how she saw white in the picture but she added white. They were nice but my nails aré ugly and I had to pay someone else to fix them. I didn’t speak up so partly my fault but how do you look at that picture and let someone leave with these nails.
Great experience with my mani and pedi! Rose and Lucy were so sweet and they did such a wonderful job with mine and my mothers nails! If you come for the pedicure make sure to get a massage and scrub! So worth it. For my manicure I asked for my color to have a matte finish and they turned out stunningly! I will be back again
Worst nail experience ever. From the time my tech started on my nails to the time I left was over two hours!!!! I went in for powder dip on my natural nails which were long and healthy from regular nail appts with my other nail salon. I am from out of town so it was my first time here as I'm just visiting. My cuticles are so extremely sore from little cuts she made with the drill, she burned me multiple times with it. I asked for powder dip nails and she did acrylic!! I didn't even notice until she was almost finished. Glue and nail polish all over my fingers when she was done, cut my nails down to almost nothing. WAY shorter than I had said because she kept on filing even after I had chosen the length. $85 for the worst nails I've ever gotten. Do not go here!
Not worth it for your money they just don't care what you need or want. They burn me with the hot towel, and they do a poor job. I wouldn't recommend it. I tried 3 times with different people and they all give a bad service. It's not worth it. Better yet, go to Cartier nail salon. They are ???? much better.
