I come in regularly and the staff is beyond friendly and welcoming. I get the best prices here. I usually come in for full sets, eyebrow wax and a pedicure and I have never had a bad experience. I recommend this salon to everyone.
I’m new to the area and saw the Walk In Welcome sign on the front door. Decided to treat myself for a pedicure.
I arrived at 11:03. Picked a color and was told to sit in a pedicure station. I was sitting there so long the water got cold, they didn’t start my pedicure till 11:55.
They kept seating more and more people for pedicures with only three staff members. I fully understand not turning people away but explaining how long we will have to wait should be done prior to having us sit in water.
The entire service was rushed. Not an enjoyable pedicure at all. And it’s very messy, gel polish and top coat all over the sides of nails.
Got my eyebrows waxed today by someone new after finding out Jessie no longer works there. The lady who did my eyebrows did not clean them with alcohol before waxing. She held the wax directly over my face to blow on it to cool it off. Neither of us wore masks. She also did not clean the extra wax off my face when she was done. Horrible service, she got no tip!
Jessi was lovely. Helped me find the right polish. I had bad cuticles and she was very gentle in the approach to get that nail done.
The lady was nice enough but I was there to get a pedicure and that was just not up to par. I will be attempting to correct the pedi myself tomorrow before leaving for vacation. The nails look like I let a child do them. I left there pretty upset after spending 2 hours there. She kept leaving me sitting in the pedi chair while she did not 1 but 2 manicures. I showed her a marble design, that of which she was not capable of doing so I ended up leaving with just white on my toes, definitely not what I wanted. But had other things to do and wasn’t willing to give her more of my time to attempt what I wanted for a 3rd time. I will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone unless I just didn’t like them.
My girl’s toes were bleeding. Her toe polish looks like kindergarteners had art class, and they buffed her foot so bad it left a scab and it hurts to the touch. I thought it was suppose to be a relaxing experience, it looks she was in a boxing match with Mike Tyson.
Went to Angel Nails tonight because my regular nail salon was closed. Had an appointment and had to wait 50 minutes before I was finally able to get my nails done. It said $35 for pedicure and $25 for manicure. They would not remove dead skin off my feet without an additional $10. I said I would take care of that myself. I should have left at that point! Toe polish looked like a child painted them and finger nails were left with dead skin and cuticles not trimmed. Nails were left frayed! I only left a $4 tip. Shouldn’t have left anything! Women before me was refusing to pay because of same reasons and they intimidated her into paying.
I was hesitant at first because their ratings were not desirable but I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who did my nails was very thorough and efficient and did an excellent job. The receptionist was very friendly and spent time to chat with me and the other customers. I will be going back for sure.
