Let me start by saying I've been coming here with my mother and daughter every 3-4 weeks for 6 months. We loved Katy and Candy. But the last 4 visits, my mom and I have had various issues. One: Katy is the only good nail tech there now. Vivi gave me air bubbles from uncured gel. Claudia sanded my mom's skin - she was too rough. Toby gave me air bubbles twice from uncured gel. Two: we always make appointments for 10 am. Last few appointments we arrive and Katy will be just starting a walk in client ahead of us. Which forces us to wait 30-40 minutes before she starts on us. Why bother to make appointments and be a loyal regular client? Three: this was the last straw for us. On our last visit, Katy started on my daughter's nails, she removed the old polish and applied the polymer. Then she set my daughter aside for 45 minutes while she took another client. Toby rushed through my nails to go finish my daughter's appointment. Unacceptable. We were there for 3 hours. Plus because Toby rushed through my nails he did not notice my thumb nails were green from the last appointment (fungus from poor job done by them). I noticed and waited to see if he would say anything - nope! And he rushed my polish. I have air bubbles on every finger of my left hand. Bubbles started day of the appointment. We are now 7 days since the appointment. Not going back and we were VERY good tippers.
Katie did a great job with my winter wonderland set! The salon is very clean, has great customer service and decor for Christmas. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely be back for another visit ☺️
Dawn was falling asleep while doing my daughter's pedicure. Do not recommend!
***update - I tried calling after I left and there was no apology or concerns about what happened. I was told to come back in but after sitting there 2 hours I wasn't going to Subject myself to any more of a miserable experience. A refund would be nice.
Amazing experience. I enjoy my visits and relaxing time spent with Katie and her creative art work as well as each tech that has cared for me.
