Awesome place to stay. Very clean, beds were really comfortable and I loved the Jacuzzi that was in our room, plus the shower. Plenty of hot water and water pressure was great. Location is perfect. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was nice. We will definitely be staying here next time! Well worth the price.
We were going to stay in this hotel for three days over thanksgiving 2024. We got in late (about 9:00) Wednesday evening 11/27/24. We hadn’t been in the room for even one half hour and saw a cockroach crawling across the floor. I decided at that time to check the beds. After removing all the bedding at the foot of one bed I found the whole bottom seam covered in rust colored stains and there was evidence of bed bugs and the dirt they leave behind. We saw no actual bugs but definitely enough to know that we would not be staying in this hotel. I went immediately to the hotel office and asked for refund. We checked out. I would not recommend this place.
Very old hotel and not kept up. Air conditioning filter hadn't been cleaned in at least a year. Unit was very dirty. The bathroom tile was dirty and toilet was not clean. Smelled of strong urine. Carpet has bearly vacuumed. If I could have canceled, I would. Maintenance man who cleaned the filter, said the hotel was closing in January to be redone.
I got a good rate and great location. Even the free breakfast even though there wasn't enough room to sit and eat was good. My room had 2 queen beds. One ended up being broke I had to sleep on an air mattress that I had to buy. The room also had roaches yes the bugs. To top it all off they were re doing the rooms under us and woke us up at 7:30 in the morning after getting in after midnight. 8 went to talk to the front desk and they tried to tell me to go through who I booked with well no it was to much of an inconvenience I had been through. They said the would refund my money and apologized the when returning the card back to me flung it in the floor. I will have yet to get my money back or even a call back. Don't go here it's terrible.
Super comfortable bed! No bugs! Quiet. Very hot water on demand. AC runs very nicely. There was a funky smell, though. Not bad enough to get a different hotel, though. The room is probably needs some serious updates in the bathroom area.
Our room was clean& spacious. The table was nice .You actually get enough pillows to be comfy. The room coffee was better than I have had before. The workers were all so polite and helpful. The woman doing breakfast was sweet. They had cereal, biscuits, gravy, fruit, eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, milk, juice, toast, bagels, waffels & diff condiments All together, it was a great experience. The little ice cream shop next door looks good! The prices are good. The location was great. It was not over loud/ busy area We enjoyed the shops across the road. Not a bad little place.
Was not a bad room at all for the price. Plenty of towels for sure for our group of six. Our only issue was breakfast. They have a tiny area for breakfast and not enough room. People are running over each other just to get to their table and they can’t help it. Would be five stars if that had gone smoother.
Great room, bed was wonderful slept better than I've slept in months. Will definitely stay here next time. Great area, safe, Good location. Staff was friendly. Had requested bottom floor, when we got here we're on upper floor. Desk clerk did re-aranging to get us to bottom floor.
