I’m never the type to leave reviews but I didn’t want another family to end up staying at this terrible hotel. The day before we check in they asked if we would be willing to give up our room to some other people because we had booked a handicap room at the time it was the only thing available so we agreed. They gave us a room with two queen beds everything seemed fine when we checked in besides the front desk lady was extremely rude but we over looked it checked in left and came back 1 hour or so later. We had called in DoorDash she brought it to the front desk and the lady at front desk was refusing to let the dasher bring our food to us. Mind you I’m pregnant and had a 1 year old we were already in our night clothes and it’s freezing cold outside. After arguing she finally let her. We eat and then we see a roach. I immediately pack our stuff and we’re leaving. Before the roach we noticed a cup by the night stand that wasn’t ours. So clearly they didn’t clean the room either. We go to front desk we’re respectful nice, and quite about it say we’re not staying asking for a refund it’s 8pm we checked in around 5:30pm. The lady at the front desk immediately starts yelling about us ordering pizza and not being in the lobby. She was so disrespectful she had everyone else in line before us leaving mad. Honestly don’t see how she has a job terrible customer service. We went on vacation to have fun as a family not to be miserable. What happen to the customer is always right or even just being nice? But anyways if you read this don’t book this hotel!!
Our family goes to Branson every year and have been for the last 25years, we have stayed here many times and loved it. NOW that it has been sold to the new owners I will NOT ever be back. tried to charge my credit card $150 for supposed smell of smoke in a room. Glad my credit card company notified me, so I went to the front counter to see what was going on and the owner figured out real quick she was trying to scam me. No one smokes in our family!!
Very cozy rooms. Excellent service with a friendly atmosphere and good breakfast. Pool area is nice and clean with a really great hot tub. This is a motel style place where your doors open to the outside and you park in front of your room on the bottom level. Personally I prefer this as there is no hallway noise to bother me. And my vehicle is directly in front of my room. Although I do have to be outside to get to the pool and breakfast I still prefer this. And also with a great price and the friendly atmosphere and staff, we will be staying here whenever we visit Branson.
Very affordable. They offer free breakfast but it was not very good. We ate out. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was great. Employees nice. I'm disabled and they put me on 3rd floor and told me I couldn't park in the handicap spot even though I have a placard. Said if was for those rooms but I parked there anyway. All in all, a good place. We had a great view.
I rarely leave reviews, room looked clean but after I noticed bed bugs crawling on our sheets we packed up and they moved us rooms. I woke up with bites all over my arms. I've stayed at this central location a couple times, never had an issue, but I can promise you we will not be back! Stayed last Saturday and Sunday December 14th and 15th. I sprayed everything we owned with alcohol and have pictures of the bites. Bed Bugs are a no go for me! Never again!
My two year old daughter found these treasures next to the bed, unused condom and a used wrapper for condom. Plus we’re all covered in some sort of bug bites. We’ve stayed at the other angel inns with no issues.. this is honestly the first issues we’ve ever had staying in Branson. Will not be back to this location
We were under the impression that both pool and hot tub work, but hot tub didn't work... we payed for 3 rooms, which one of the rooms did NOT COOL, it's 100+ degrees and the people staying in that room was miserable... Now the front desk clerk on duty, was very nice and tried to accommodate us to the best he could... We was only offered switching to a different room in the A.M. which I didn't find that very professional.. but we went with it because I assumed he couldn't get ahold of the manager to confirm he could move the group into another room. Which again, he felt how hot it was in the room both times he got called, which at one of the times he brought a box fan hoping that would get them threw the night... The rooms were clean. Looked nice, very hot due to them keeping the air off which I partly understand.. 1. Because they want to save on the electric bill, who wouldn't.. I get it. But the least I feel they could do, is if they know there going to have someone check in to a room and you ask them to put there approximate arrival time, that gives you plenty of time to go turn the a.c/heat on for your guest/guests so they can be comfortable.. the breakfast is 100% AMAZING! There dining area is nice too. The only other issue we ran into, was there was things already broke (hair dryer)( microwave peice) so we was a little hesitant if they were going to charge us for those things, but thankfully wasn't. I do like the price and Location. The beds are comfortable as well. The pool is not heated, the pool also had so much bleach that it bleached my bathing suit, it definitely made our eyes burn and we had a lot of puffy eyed kids.
I was very disappointed in the condition of the hotel 1st the room we were placed in smelled musty when I mentioned it to the front desk their fix was to send me to the room with a can of air freshener and have me bring it back to the office instead of offering to move us to another room and they were far from fully booked 2nd the mattress was very uncomfortable and pretty much wore out 3rd breakfast was at best could be called food the sausage was at best microwaved at some point before breakfast was serve and cool and tuff which I couldn’t eat . 4th the indoor pool was cold the hot tub the jets did not work . Will not stay at this hotel again and won’t recommend
