This cafe is the kind of place that feels like a port in the storm of quite a bit of Ohio.
The food is delicious. Coffee is great. The baristas are all lovely folks.
Cool coffee place. Great decorations, nice seating area. I only had an americano. It was average, but no disappointment. Service was quick and everyone was friendly. Good luck parking. Overall, worth the visit if you’re in need of a caffeine fix in the area.
I feel ashamed that I’ve lived in the area for over 10 years and this is the first time I’ve been to Angel Falls! And trust me it won’t be the last. Great selection of coffee, lattes, cappuccino, and tea. Anything you want they have! And their pastries were delicious. It was a Saturday morning and we were out of coffee so I picked up a lb of their mocha Java cofeee. They grinded it in house for my preference, and I got a free latte.
I went to get a cup of coffee and do a little work. The service was quick but not overly friendly. They are more about speed than conversation. The music was a bit loud for work but not over the top. It was an ok experience over all.
I love coming here with friends! It is super cool and hip and the coffee is fantastic! Love the fun and diverse neighborhood as well, and the pastries are just so good!
???? 4.29.24 ~ RUDE AF BARISTA’S ~
I recommended this place as a business meeting with a local realtor. This was only my third time here… I admit I stared at the board for an extended time; however, there was no one behind me. The. barista acted annoyed and gave a very unpleasant vibe. My meeting was wonderful and I tried to ignore the fact that the back platform with two sofa seats hadn’t been swept or dusted at 10:30 am. When I left the other barista gave me my latte to go… a smile would have cracked her face! I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to newbies.
I am not one to pull a race card from the stack; but let me be perfectly clear- both barista’s were evil and mean. I have to clear my atmosphere and I will NEVER GO BACK!
The baristas here often slam pots and pans creating tense environments that make it hard to have conversations and enjoy your coffee. Also there are frequently homeless individuals inside loitering, sometimes sleeping but also with signs of substance use like tremors or pacing, which can be unsettling for some.
Reconsider if looking for a quieter or more relaxed atmosphere
Ate moldy cherry pastry and got food poisoning for two weeks. Tempted to let the health inspector know. They don't date their food only get coffee here unless you want to become ill.
