I've been there a couple of times and I can say that the doctor is very professional and although the wait is long, one leaves enchanted by his charisma. Unfortunately, one of the people who are there, the older lady, is very rude, has a nasty attitude, it seems that everything bothers her, she has 0 tolerance and 0 customer service. She is an older person and for that reason I think that as a patient I have been tolerant of her rudeness on the phone. It seems that she is very tired of doing that job. The other girls are nice.
Scam! Their “cleaning staff” doesn’t practice proper cleaning techniques that other doctor’s offices and hospitals use. Chunks of hair on the floor, dust everywhere and a weird smell throughout. A doctors office should be clean and sanitized daily, this place looked like a community homeless shelter. Hire people capable of cleaning, it’s literally the easiest job!!! This is the Walmart of doctors offices, anyone with pride will go somewhere else. #audit #scam
Base on this first time visit anyone expected attentive welcome but unfortunately seems like they are lack of costumer service skills. Lady on front desk evening shift had has terrible manners, she thinks she’s talking to a children. But anyway I won’t recommend to nobody.
Receptionist beyond rude ! I called to receive information, instead all I received was her nasty attitude and lack of professionalism. A friend referred me here and I’ll be glad to find another place instead of this one. What a HUGE disappointment!
If I could give them zero stars I would! Funny how on their website the only have the good reviews. Their receptionists are very rude. I went to schedule an appointment to be told they could no longer see me. I wouldn’t be allowed as a patient no more. As if they weren’t getting payed for the doctoring seeing me. The doctor him self seems pretty decent. Just there receptionist are so rude, disrespectful, won’t let you finish a sentence and get more mad when asked questions. I don’t understand how the function at all with the way they run that place!!!!
Establishment has questionable cleanliness, has weird musty smell the best I could describe said smell would be damp dead rat/rodent smell. On some of the wall mold was visible. During my 1st visit to ask some questions and get information, receptionist was extremely condescending and down right rude. I figured she was having an off day and shrugged it off. I came back another day same receptionist was the same way, seems she just has a nasty attitude all the time. I said questionable cleanliness on the front side of the clinic I couldn't imagine how the back side of the clinic that is hidden from public eye would be. I would not recommend this place, and this is only what I saw on the front side. I could not imagine how management treats patients/workers when the first person you see I down right TRASH.
You guys will definitely be hearing from my lawyers and I’ll make sure of it, I promise you that and if not then the BOARD. Because clearly I’m not the only one who has had negative experiences with you. As I said on the phone to your rude receptionist, I understand you guys are you busy, I really do. But the way the doctor behaved with my mom is un acceptable. She then said well that’s not what happened and your mother said she’s been a patient here for more then 20 years. First of all no, she said she was there almost 15 years or so ago, she doesn’t remember exactly what year. Then your receptionist said your mothers just gonna have to find a different doctor because that’s not what happened. So I asked, well we’re you in there when it did. She said no, and she can say the same thing for me because I wasn’t there either. But I did say I’m trying to understand what happened because now I’m hearing two different things but regardless the way your receptionist behaved makes me inclined to believe that the way the doctor behaved towards my mom was negative. I’ll apologize myself for saying “rude ***” but your receptionist and practice is really testing my patience.
This man isn’t a dentist, he’s an MD and a pretty bad one. I went to see him last year. I had to wait in a line outside for 45 minutes. When I finally met with the doctor, he asked to do tests and when I said I’d like to discuss it with my family, he told me he thought I was “more independent” than that. On top of that, I had an issue with my insurance because that office submitted a lab purposely saying they were looking for a condition I don’t have so they can “make sure the lab tests were covered.” I got this information for a mannerless woman at that office named Vanessa. I asked that her manager call me back in order to rectify this with my insurance and never received a call back. I called back weeks later and was left on hold. Finally, someone picked up the phone and unfortunately it was Vanessa. She proceeded to tell me that they called me back but originally couldn’t tell me when. Then she said she spoke to my insurance company and THEY were supposed to call me back. Then she tells me soon after that her manager called me back the same day I called. I asked her to put all of this information in writing which she refused because she said she’s “telling me over the phone now.” I asked again to speak with her manager so she can put it in writing, but she then tells me that she’s too busy to call me back. I asked o please have the doctor call me back. She responds by saying that the doctor is too busy to deal with this type of stuff. This experience was an uncomfortable nightmare. Not only did the doctor make me feel extremely uncomfortable, but his office staff are extremely rude and refuses to let you talk to the doctor at all. That, and they should be penalized for insurance fraud. Submitting tests under for false reasons purposely so the charges can be covered is illegal. Save yourself the hassle.
