I recently had the pleasure of visiting A New You for a series of aesthetic treatments, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about the procedures. The mesotherapy treatments I received, were tailored to my needs, and I appreciated the emphasis on safety and efficacy. The results have exceeded my expectations, and I feel more confident than ever. I highly recommend A New You to anyone considering medical aesthetic treatments.
I can’t say enough how amazing Dr. Sherry and her staff is at Anew You!! I have visited several med spas around the area, and I can confidently say Dr. Sherry is the best of the best, and truly cares about your concerns and providing you with top-notch service. Her expertise and experience shows right off the bat and really makes the difference. Don’t hesitate booking your appointment with Dr. Sherry!!
Like others have mentioned, beware of the blood work tests! You WILL have to pay close to $1000 despite them telling you it will be “covered” if you have insurance (which I’m finding out myself 3 years later upon receiving a phone call from the lab). They choose their wording very carefully to get you to do it when they should mention it’s only covered if you have met your deductible. While it sounds obvious one should know they’re responsible for paying if they haven’t met their deductible, the staff continues to ensure the client that with insurance it’s free. Despite reading multiple reviews of this happening to others as it happened to me in 2021, it appears as though no change has been made and the staff has not been trained to not essentially scam clients which is very unfortunate. I am so thankful I moved several years ago and have been able to give my business to a clinic that actually cares for their clients rather than taking their money.
Terrible customer service! Lady in the front desk was very rude! Look down on us the entire time! The Dr did a terrible job on my grandma! My grandma went it for a face Lyft , and the doctor left her in pain. No medication was given to my grandma, no pain meds NOTHING. Paid ALOT of money, my grandma didn’t even go back to get her touch up after the 4 months, bcs she didn’t like the experience nor the drs work. Mind you we drove 3 hrs. I DONT recommend this place! Don’t come here ! Waste of time and money.
I heard they ever write reviews, but I just have to say that I loved Dr. Sherry. What she did to my face and my lips gave me so much confidence in myself. I’m now pretty deeply in love with someone and I attribute a lot of it to her she’ll tell you that she loves what she does and it shows. She’s a really good person.. Her office staff is just remarkably kind and informative. I highly recommend her, if I saw her right now, I would give her the biggest hug
I love this place. Madalyn was very informative. Dr. Sherry is so sweet and truly the best with what she does. I am more than satisfied with my service here and will be referring friends and family here. I look forward to coming back.
The employees there are very nice, especially Anisha . She is very efficient makes you feel very comfortable. I was very impressed how she goes above and beyond for all the customers.. Satisfaction is one of their main goals. I would highly recommend them.
Came in for a consultation. I won't go back. The doctor does not bother to meet and assess the people herself. Her staff goes back and forth from her office showing her photos to get her input. The staff did everything they could to not have me walk out the door without putting down some sort of deposit. They act like a slimy used car salesman, saying anything for a sale right then and there.
