I am new to the area and ordered 3 pizzas from the catering menu for my son's first birthday party. The pizza was GIANT and delicious with a generous amount of toppings, and the delivery driver was right on time and very polite! We are hosting family again next week and I already know we will be ordering from Andy's!
This place has a about a 33% chance of making your order right. This time it was undercooked, the cheese barely melted, missing toppings, not one of the 3 flavored crusts asked for. Everything is printed just fine on the ticket though. Told me they'd deliver a new one in an hour but they need the old one back, nope all done with this hack ass pizza shack. I'd rather get little Caesars at least they're consistent.
In a nice area with enough Italian bakeries lies Andy's pizza. Another gem with real good food as well. I went here 2 times. I got a half sausage half cheese pizza and then a chicken parm. Both made very well and service is great. They're really nice in here and the prices are great. I was surprised it wasn't more crowded the 2 times I went either.
We ordered a Lg pizza with pepperoni, a half chicken Parm sub, and full meatball sub with fries and a coke zero. We ordered the pizza because they had a great deal, a Lg 1 topping pizza for around $7, which is a pretty good deal. We also added garlic Parmesan crust to the pizza which I believe was free.
The pizza itself was very delicious! Same with the meatball sub and fries. The only thing that was odd was that the chicken Parmesan sub was a just decent. The chicken seemed bland. The sauce definitely helped though. The fries were nice and crunchy.
The woman at the register was very nice and courteous. She definitely made the experience that much better!
I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's to anyone who's in the area and is hungry or thinking of trying this joint out!
I don’t know who was working tonight but damn… I will never order from here again and advise everyone else to stay away from this establishment. Girl who took order sounded miserable. Taking orders sucks, I understand. I got quoted an hour. Called to check on order. Girl said it was on the way with a “yup, yup” after our interaction and hung up. Not even a sorry. Called back at 10:45pm to speak with a manager. Both the girl and the guy I spoke with were absolutely horrendous and should be fired. I have the call on file for listening.

What in the actual hell is going on at this location?
I placed an order with Uber Eats for a small pizza, half a steak sub and Antipasto salad today and was shocked at the quality! I used to order from them years ago and the food was great! Well my opinion today has definitely changed! My pizza was way over done and the crust was like cardboard! My sub I asked for no lettuce and they proceeded to put it on anyhow! Not only that, there was so much Italian dressing on it so it's a soggy bun and all you taste is dressing! My salad was covered in teenie tiny mild peppers which I like a few but dang cover the whole top with pieces so small you can't possibly pick them out! Also the meat were cut in these teenie tiny pieces like the peppers! I want to taste the meat when I chew it! I love Antipasto salad and this was a first for me to have microscopic pieces of meat instead of chunks. Also their supposed large is likeva small compared to other places! Never again will I order from them and waste almost $40 including fees and tips for food that's in the trash now! This experience is absolutely horrible and Uber Eats won't do anything because their driver did their job but Andy's certainly dud not!
i haven’t eaten here in at least 4 years until last week, my usual pizza place closed early so i figured i’d give andy’s one more shot. i ordered a pretty “extra” pizza lots of toppings, when i picked my pizza up i was greeted with a friendly smile and an AWESOME pizza that also didn’t cost me an arm and leg!! i wanted to take a picture but couldn’t resist getting a bite first!!! this was honestly the best pizza i’ve had in a while and ive ordered from here 3 other times since. their salads and bbq wings are outstanding!!! andy’s is definitely my new spot to go!!
We come to Southgate when we visit my in-laws and we frequently get Andy's. Today I was craving it BAD! I order a pepperoni & ham (always good no gristle!) sometimes with bacon. It's always AMAZING! I can eat a small pizza myself easily and loveee the cajun crust! The mini pizza is perfect for our 10yr old she ate all 4 slices (quite small) I love the option of having a small pizza like that. Prices are always great even after they went up. Everyone is always extremely nice the girl today (9/2) at the front was such a beautiful person! Thanked us so much or waiting and ordering from them. Our order is never messed up or cold. My MIL gets their taco salad and loves it! Repeat customers for YEARS!
