Service was good. I had heard several great reviews, so I wanted to try them out. Well I didn't get listened to too well. I got charged extra for coffin style when I wanted square. I got charge extra for long nails when they left them longer than I wanted. Some are even still crooked. I got charged extra for dip & acrylic because she did two of them a different way. It also took an 1.5hr when usually it takes me about an hour. Just a disappointmenting trip
It won't let me reply. I did try to correct her several times. Unfortunately she wasn't understanding. There for I shrugged my shoulders.
She said "what shape?" I said "square" she said "round or coffin" I said "square" she then again said "coffin" I shrugged my shoulders. She didn't inform me of price until the end. That's when I was mad because I didn't even want the coffin. I wanted SQUARE.

My nail tech was Kim and she was amazing! She did the exact design I wanted (maybe even more perfect). From my past experiences this was the best one yet and I’m highly satisfied with their amazing attitudes and kindness especially because they stayed until almost 8!

Love coming here to get my nails done! Wish there was a deal like a punch card or something. Every ten visits, you get half off your next mani/pedi!
Lol, I only get my nails done once or twice a year professionally so something like a deal card would definitely encourage me to perhaps go more????
Despite of all the bad reviews, I gave it a shot and I’m not disappointed! I’ve been to only two nail salons in my entire adult life (I’m currently 24) and this place being the third nail salon I went to and I’d say that these sets are the prettiest, most accurate ones I’ve had so far. I just show them a picture to give them an idea of what style and vibe I’m going for and here we are!
This is gonna be my go to place!—It deserves 5 stars!
Decided to have a girls' day with my mom and daughter. They were able to get all 3 of us in for pedicures at the same time with less than a days notice. They were also very patient when my daughter was 20min late. We all love the way our nails came out. Definitely plan to make this the place to get my nails done regularly.
No conversation after many attempts. The amount of my natural nails that got filed down was more than I wanted. A few dips don't cover my whole nail, makes it look way smaller than the other. Other than that and the price changed a few times they look nice.
Helen made me feel really comfortable. I haven’t gotten a manicure in many moons, so it was nice! Do I love my nails? Yes. Will I come back? Yes.
