Best WLM Reviews
It was a really fun experience! I had never been, so seeing the belly dancer was a wonderful surprise. The staff were so kind and the food was really good. We started off with the jumbo sampler. It was so good that I didn't think of getting pictures, but it can feed a lot of people. I had the shish tawook (chicken skewers), and I loved how flavorful it was. I highly recommend it. My husband had the goat, which is the middle picture. He raved about it. It was tender and flavorful, but there are a few bones in it. My friend had the Shawarma chicken breasts. We all loved our food. The kids had fun, but ate american food. It is pricey, but delicious! We loved our visit.
Andys is great. Went for a date night on a Saturday night, it was quiet but nice, and even had a belly dancer perform. For Cincinnati, entertainment at dinner is very limited so it was different from our typical date nights.
We both had kabobs, mine was chicken, my husbands was the beef one. Both were great. Portions were very large, we definitely could have split!
I stopped here to eat after being in Cincy for a job interview.
Amazing! This was the best Mediterranean restaurant that I have ever been to. I had the samosas as an appetizer and the goat as my meal. It is rare to have goat meat as an option at a restaurant, so I had to have it. I have never had such tender goat meat! It was worth every penny. Overall, I was pleased and will definitely return when I am in Cincinnati.
The service was outstanding, too.
My family has been coming to Andy’s for years. It’s a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant with wonderful dishes and a warm environment. For appetizers we love the baba ganoush, labneh, hummus and grape leaves. For entrees I love the chicken shawarma. Great wines and beer. It’s a wonderful local restaurant close to Mt Adams and Eden Park.
I just want to warn everyone that’s looking for a place to eat and sees this place, DONT go here. We ordered 2 wraps, and a shush kabob, first of all it’s not authentic at all, terrible taste, and the portions will piss you off for what you pay. Over priced. Our kabob wraps were around 18 dollars each, which only had 2 small diced meats in it, and the rest was filled with vegetables. Does not meet its expectations, very expensive and honestly I’ve had better processed and frozen meals.
I hate that I have to leave this review but I want to warn everyone so you don’t make the same mistake I do. Also the same guy that cooks the food is the owner/manager, that brings the food out and takes orders. So not sure if tips go to an actual “waiter/server.
Okay Mediterranean food. Our waitress was unattentive. Our food was delivered. That was it. We had to get up and hunt for our bill. A couple items on our plate were burned. She never came back so we couldn't ask for a replacement. I will not return.
Disappointing. The appetizer sampler was good. The bread was excellent, fresh. The drinks were ok but expensive (gin and tonic, no lime available and espresso martini that was lacking). The grilled vegetable entree was tasty.
The two chicken entrees were overdone-very dry. The beef was just ok. Service was fine. Atmosphere ok-they have an overhead a/c unit that comes on and kicks off, blowing and then not. Probably won't go back. Other Mediterranean options that are superior for the same price.
When you walk in and see the icons and caritacures of family members, you know you are about to have an amazing meal. This place is authentic, it was like eating at my thias house. The hummus is super garlicky which I love and the veggie kabobs were great! We didn’t get any refills on water but the food was so good I didn’t mind too much! Definitely would visit again!
