The manager was absolutely flipping amazing!!! I think this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to, and the employees we're even happy! You do not see that nowadays. I have to say it's all because of the amazing manager. He was so funny he knew what he was talking about he knew his product he knew his business he was absolutely amazing. Me and my family will definitely be going back to this location.
I just went to Andy’s with my girlfriend. She ordered her normal sundae, and when we drove off we noticed that they forgot her brownie. After we clarified our order more than once. We are highly disappointed, since we go to Andy’s quite frequently.
High level: often out of chocolate ice cream, don’t fill up the cup all the way, poor service. Would NOT recommend.
We love Andy’s and used to only go on occasion but in the last year or so, we’ve gone a bit more regularly, mostly to this location. In the last month or so, we’ve had multiple bad experiences. Twice, they’ve been out of chocolate ice cream (probably about in the span of a month). This is really surprising and frustrating considering that this is a big part of their business and we drive ~20 min to get their ice cream. We started to call ahead and found that their phone line never actually connects you to an employee…
We’ve also been frustrated with how the serving of ice cream isn’t filled to the top. We understand that the jack hammers are not supposed to be this way but it is other orders that are not topped off. To be fair, the two times it has happened they went back and reluctantly added more but I had to ask and even argue once. $7 is a lot of money for a serving of ice cream…
We aren’t going to come back to this location. We’ve had great experiences at the Andy’s by Hillside.
I love the texture and taste of their frozen yogurt. The staff here has been super friendly each time I have visited. Everytime we pass by my children want to stop and get a cone. I think it is a little pricey, everything seems that way anymore, but you won't be disappointed. I just had the Sundae with Heath Bar...yum yum!!!
It is the most chill custard place in the city! Our family frequent this spot because of the locations, atmosphere, customer service, and of course the custard. My favorite is the James Brownie funky jack hammer!! Amazing. If you haven't, you must give Andy's a try ????
Love the ice cream. Don’t like the services. Went to get ice cream tonight and was charged more than what I asked for. Did not get what I ordered and was told they were too busy to remake my ice cream correctly.
First impressions mean everything for a consumer, and this location failed tremendously considering this was my first visit, which turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve had thus far….Wanted some ice cream and decided to try something new, initially I ordered a banana split, BYO Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Concrete and Oreo Cookie Concrete. Needless to say there was nothing concrete about this ice cream. It gets worse, The Banana split had a very very thin layer of icecream, so thin I couldn’t see it, just a very small banana and a cup full of toppings. I politely asked the manager if they’d forgot the icecream. The manager explained that is how it’s supposed to look. I then offered to pay extra for more icecream. The Lady employee, took the banana split and threw everything in a cup, minus the strawberries and handed it to me and closed the window! I couldn’t believe it. What a huge disappointment and waste of $7. Worst experience for a first time customer and I don’t NOT recommend this location to anyone!

Like an old-fashioned Dairy Queen in the regards that there is no place to sit down inside. No visible restroom that I could see either. Best for in the summer. For the type of place it is, It's expensive, there's a reason why it's in the more expensive parts of town.
