I love Andy’s, so I was really disappointed in this location… it wasn’t very good. The texas locations are far superior. My ice cream at this Brentwood location was warm and my concrete was not even blended (I had to mix it myself). The girl at the window was super unpleasant. 4/10
We love Andy's, but we will avoid the Hanley location going forward. It consistently has the worst customer service. Today, the staff member did not say hello, thank you or really anything during the order. I had to ask her to repeat herself a couple of times because I could not hear her. This isn't the first time unfortunately, so while we'll continue to go to the Andy's locations with good service in addition to their custard, we'll avoid this location.
The best ice cream business in town! It's usually slammed, but because it is loved. Try peanut butter, Butterfinger and chocolate chip in your concrete! The melted chocolate chips are chocolate ripples to die for! Yum.
They have an extensive and complicated menu. One hundred thousand options and complicated names that the same employees don't know. I asked for one of the options and the employee didn't know what it was and offered me a simple Shake! There are only 4 flavors of ice cream. Disappointing. I'm sorry, bye.
The ice cream here never lets you down. It's like every scoop is a hit. If you're really into ice cream, you'll love this spot. The crew here is awesome, too – always friendly and quick. Whether you're a regular or it’s your first time, they treat you well—a go-to place for a chill vibe and some top-tier ice cream.
You can use the drive-thru or park and go to the walk up window when the weather and enjoy being outside with your treat when the weather is nice.
Got my custard and it was dripping EVERYWHERE and leaking from ALL sides. I don’t want ants in my car. All because they don’t know how to properly package these items without spillage! Had to use a McDonald’s bag to keep it from getting everywhere thumbs down from me. (Angry girlfriend who couldn’t sign into her account)
Their season pumpkin pie concrete combines the flavor of the pie so well that you can't stop after eating one concrete. I would love if they had a table their to sit and enjoy with you family though.
My family and I visited Andy’s after a Cardinals baseball game. When I tell you this was the worst service I’ve ever had a food establishment is to the say the least. We waited 40 minutes for our order. 4 people came after us but received their orders before us. 3 workers all under the age of 22 were at work. It wasn’t busy. Just an absolute lack of communication, common sense etc etc etc. when I asked where our orders were at. One girl had no idea what I was talking about and was honestly plain stupid. The manager on shift came up took our order all over again. Never come to this location. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
