This place has great cold custard. The chocolate was delicious! And the apple pie sundae and the butter pecan!
The only thing would be to ask someone to turn down the music. It was way too loud. We didn't eat our custard there so... Otherwise, it was a great place! Wish we had one in Lincoln, NE!
We are usually satisfied.....but today was well just made me feel like they don't care and want to skimp on what they serve. I spent $15.00 + and got half servings, just horrible I won't be back anytime soon nor would I recommend anyone to visit. ????
Wonderful service. Very fast. The man outside was friendly. I’ve never had custard before this. Now custard is the only form of frozen cream I’ll be eating!
Feel like trying out a new place like I did? I’ll save you the trip. More like Andy’s Melted Custard. Dude at counter charged me for the bigger size which I didn’t order but that’s whatever. They literally gave me a cup of melted ice cream. Fished out all the soft serve with my spoon and tossed 60% the ice cream soup in the trash. Ordered the Bootdaddy. Someone please tell me it’s not normally like this.
I'm from Springfield, MO originally where Andy's originated. I go to CO several times a month so I was happy to see Andy's there. There was a large family in front of us and when they got their order, all but 1 of their shakes were almost 3 inches from the top of the cup. They were talking about how disappointed they were and I agreed with them. I couldn't believe they would hand that to a customer when they paid the amount they charge. Then we got our order. Our brownie sundae was no where near full. It had a brownie on the bottom and a small dollop of ice cream on the top. I was so embarrassed because I had taken my family there and told them how great it was. We were all very disappointed and won't be back. I then looked at the reviews on Google and it looks like this is a big problem here. Go someplace else where you get what you pay for.
I'm not usually one to stop for ice cream but as a last minute desert idea for my husband's birthday we pulled in and easily found parking. We went inside to no line, a spotless interior, an easy to understand menu with a wide variety of options and our group of 4 were in and out in under 10 minutes. I appreciated that the friendly employees were wearing masks while they simultaneously helped us and the drive thru customers. We thoroughly enjoyed our dessert (I got a Butter Pecan Concrete turned into a Jackhammer with a delicious hot fudge center) and will gladly be back again soon. This would be a perfect place to stop at after the kiddos baseball game or after a movie at the near by theater. Can't wait to go back!
A constant stream of cars were using the drivethrough but I thought I'd work up an appetite by walking in
A faint smell of sweet vomit hits you when you first walk in. Maybe that's what frozen custard smells like, or maybe it was coming from the full trash can by the door?
Looking at the menu I was amazed that you could get 90% recommend calorie intake from just one dessert, but instead of going for it, I went for a modest two scoops
We had to wait quite a long time because all hands were servicing the drivethrough but it was quite nice to stand and watch a stainless steel cube do big, long, satisfying poops
Some would break off and slide down in a clump, some would slither down like a snake. It was clever how the machine made "breather rings" in the longer poops, just like dogs do when they stop for a breath mid poop
The custard was nice-very creamy and smooth and part of me wished I'd gone for a 1700 calorie blow out!
Ordered and paid for a cream soda freeze. Was presented with a small vanilla ice cream and promptly ignored. First and last time coming here this place is extremely poor quality.
