I stop by almost everyday when I get off work or bring my kids & I LOVE this location, by far the best in the metro area. They have amazing custard. I always try & stop by when Jocelyn is working, she is very outgoing, sweet & has a great attitude that brightens my day every time after a hard day at work or with the kids. She always mixes my custard PERFECTLY. I always tell my family & friends to go to this location instead of the Independence one. All of the staff is super friendly. I would put 6 stars if possible ???? keep up the good work Andy’s!
My friends in Missouri take me to Andy's every time I visit and the custard is always fantastic. The staff was incredibly enthusiastic and friendly even at 9pm
It is 10:30 PM and they are packed! I waited until there was a lull in business so I could get a picture. Even the drive thru was crazy busy.
Honestly surprised. I’ve had Andy’s in the past and I never expected when I sent my husband to get this it would be less than amazing. It’s about 10:15 pm on a Saturday night snd maybe that’s why the quality wasn’t good. But I sent him to get my the cassenova cookie concrete thing with hot fudge in the middle. I was really disappointed. We live right up the street so it’s about a 3 min drive back home from Andy’s so timing doesn’t explain the issue. When I opened the bag the ice cream was in a cup inside of a white bag, it was a melty watery milkshake consistency and it just was not good at all. It was like ice cream soup with hard cookie bits in it and clumps of fudge. I honestly was really disappointed and surprised . We have been in blue springs Missouri about 7 months and this is my first time having the Andy’s here, I am not anxious to return. Wish I had a better review to leave . :/
One of the best frozen custards you will ever have. They have lots to choose from. Concretes are my go to but I love their bars too. This location is mostly for drive thru but they have outdoor benches with massive heaters for you to enjoy your custard even in the freezing cold.
The custards were delicious. My husband got the butter pecan and I got the ooey gooey. Service very quick, never sat in one spot more than a couple seconds. Definitely will be back.
I get the peach concrete every year. This year is was 10$ and only had 3 peach slices at the top, the rest of the cup was vanilla ice cream. There were 5 younger workers inside talking and joking and no other customers present. I am done with Andy’s I’ll make my own peach ice cream next year.
Enjoy our deserts so so much. Got the boot daddy and the strawberry cookie shake. So so so good. A must when you’re in town!!!
