Finally, got the chance to experience the famous Andys!! This retro feeling establishment brings more than just the old-school feeling, in fact, it brings joy and happiness. After looking over the menu, we made a decision to try the nutty waffle. To our surprise, they were out the next item that we wanted to order was the graham cracker cheesecake and this too was out of stock. Mark, the manager made our experience a complete turn around. His bright smile and cheerful attitude, convinced us to stay. Not only did he provide top-notch service, but he also influenced us to try the Rico Suave. Trust me this was a great option texture this ice cream is like no other. It is sweet, creamy, and filled with happiness. Every bite that was taken gave that feeling that you wanted more. Kudos to this amazing establishment for making a great first Impression.

I went their not by my self yesterday & the otber person got more serving on ice cream in his cup vs mine through drive through the young kids serving also in the drive through area or this location needs to pay more close attention on the serving the ice cream idk whos the manager at this location but needs to pay more close attention its better to walk up to get served vs the drive through honestly. The manager or employee there didnt get his name when i had went through walk up not the drive through to fix my order got more scoops of ice cream though 3 or 4 scoops missing from large which is at 10.00 but peacans and carmel in a separte containers? Mind you this all young HS kids working back their not paying close attention to service to drive through costumers. Always double check your orders nothing is cheap anymore and costumer service is Trash / Rude Attitude Ghetto in a hurry all the time & etc esepcially in Dallas also makes you not to wanna go anywhere regardless of the seasons outhere in DFW also especailly here in Dallas in DFW also SMH. (My experience yesterday wasnt like this but kids back their font pay close attention to service in drive through. Hopefully the walk up serice is alot better idk?!) Remember costumer is always right double check your orders either drive through or walk up esecially here. Get what you pay for nothing is afforable or cheap anymore... First picture is how i was first serviced from drive through yesterday smh nope other pictures is when i had went to the walk up at this Andys location. Still wasnt fixed to my standards so here is my review. This Andys can do alot better for costumer service!!!!

Location: Small plaza with ample parking. Driver thru & outdoor order available. Great place to catch a quick sweet bite after work or even the weekend.

Worth it? Yes, swing by!
Service: Hit or miss, depends on who's running the window. Sometimes it can be quick & sometimes they'll ignore you.
What I ordered...
* Cookie Butter Crunch Concrete: 4.7 Stars. If you've never had Cookie Butter spread from Trader Joe's or Cookie Butter ice cream, definitely add it to the bucket it. Rare for shops to carry them, but they are super delicious. Andy's version features their signature Vanilla custard blended with Biscoff Cookie Butter & Biscoff Cookies for that extra crunch!
*BOOTDADDY: 5 Stars. All time favorite item on the menu. If you love Oreos and fudge, this one's for you. Vanilla custard with Oreos, Creme Caramel & Hot Fudge. Feel free to opt out of certain ingredients, as their specialties can get pretty sweet.
Overall, despite the hit or miss service, I came for the goods & the goods always deliver! See you on the next adventure!
**Tip: Custard melts much faster than regular ice cream. Majority of the items on the menu use a Chocolate or Vanilla base custard.

Loved it. nice flavors and ambience. Nice neighborhood. Lots of parking space. Old vintage shop look . Can see making of frozen custard. Must visit.
I went there around 9pm because I was craving something sweet but not too heavy. I heard about AFC and thought I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did. I had their banana split and my Hubby had their Butter Pecan, which was the BEST I have ever tasted. The young lady whom took our order in the drive thru and the attendant at the window were very nice.
There was a line, but it went by Fast.
I most definitely will be going back.
Minus one star because not being able to see the menu from the ordering window is anxiety inducing! Look at the menu before you pull up!
However I did get the turtle and it was very delicious!
They mix the ingredients in fresh so the pecans were still perfectly crunchy and the flavoring was consistent throughout.
Good homestyle frozen custard! Its very creamy, and there are so many options to choose from!
There is limited seating on the outside, but people just stand around or eat by their car. They also have a drive-thru as well.
