Loads of games were broken. Many took money off card but did not work. Bowling was fun and escape room was good. Go karts sucked. I was not able to participate due to shoes.
Great pass time for all ages. The go-karts are marketed more towards the younger crowd. The arcade has a decent selection of games but a handful of them were either obviously broken or we discovered they were broken, only after using some of our credits which was a bit disappointing.
Bowling is great though!
I went yesterday with two of my adult children. We did an escape room (our first), laser tag, and go-karts. The escape room was fun, even though we didn't complete it entirely. We struggled on some instructions and basic experience. The laser tag was our favorite. They have a good spin. And go-karts were a typical experience - which is to say, enjoyable. We'll be back.
We had fun. The arcade was a bit lacking. We were very disappointed that we could not use the go karts because they charge them from 4-6 but have no signage saying so. They're reasonably priced. Staff was nice but there was some preferential treatment.
Me and my sister went for the first time today and had SO much fun. We bowled and drove the go carts. Everyone was friendly and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend. ????
This event turned out really nice. Everyone was very grateful and repeatedly told me so. They definitely had plenty to eat and bounced back and forth from lane to lane building their relationships as friends and become more and more caring loving and the bonds between them gets stronger each and every time we spend time away from work with each other. A special thanks to the owner (Monte) of our company Titan ES for his generous love and desires to pull us all in together in special events like this. Thanks also to our hosts employed by AndyB’s bowling Chuck, Iesha, Savanna and the team behind the scenes in the kitchen and shoe rental who represent AndyB’s well. They kept the food and drinks coming. This establishment served us well and even went beyond what they said they would do. I would highly recommend this establishment to host other business's to use them as well.
We had gone to ask about escape room reservations and what would happen if people didn't show up. We were told that there would be a refund for people who didn't show up by a manager. We had 2 people who didn't show up. Asked for a refund and refused to give us a refund they had promised us. The escape room was fun and the employee at the desk was nice. Managers shouldn't promise things they can't deliver on when they need the gm managers approval.
I have visited twice recently and has a really good/solid experience each time. The first time I went, i noticed how one of the employees was helpful in explaining which bowling balls to use and made himself available for any questions that we had. I was there with my family and we have a mix of experience between us. We also drove the go karts which was a lot of fun.
The second time I went the standard bowling wasn’t available due to maintenance. We had to do glow bowling instead. That was a fun experience but we had to pay extra. The land we were using kept malfunctioning. Eventually we were moved to another lane after requesting help about 5-6 times.
I would definitely return but would appreciate if we were offered additional bowling time when there are issues (out of our control) that prevent us from being able to bowl consistently.
The venue was clean and I found everyone pleasant. There’s lots of arcade games, go karts and laser tag. There’s also food and drinks - it’s a great place to have some fun with family and friends. ????
