Super cool place! I had lots of fun!
We played in the arcade and bought the cosmic bowling package! It's very clean, good staff and great atmosphere.
Bowling alley in Springfield with an arcade, restaurant, and bar. They recently changed from traditional bowling to having the pins on strings which I don’t love. Also, there are many arcade games, but they’re a bit expensive (one claw machine was 5$ each play). The food and drinks were all good quality, especially for an arcade. Overall, I’d say it’s a good place to bowl and have some drinks.
Game room. We had to pay $2 for each card (unless you had an existing card you could reload) in addition to whatever amount you want to add to gain play time. Example: $10 will get you $8 of playtime (&8 game time + $2 for a new game card). Business is a cash free business; however if you have cash only, you must load it on a game card. All points earned get added on your game card to redeem or save to redeem later.
We had our Christmas party with about 30 people, when I signed the contract it said we would have a DEDICATED host. The person that was assigned as our host was also the bartender and food person for everyone there, not just us, as the contract stated. I reached out via email to the event coordinator and have not heard from them. I guess they just care about collecting the money and not actually respecting their customers.
I can't express what a great experience we have had again and again at this specific location! Time after time, we have received unmatchable service, that makes our day! Whether it's for work, family, or friends, the treatment we get from the work named 'Shay' is absolutely unparalleled anywhere else. Do yourself a favor, and visit Andy B's! To make sure your experience is top notch, ask for Shay. If I owned the place, she would be a territory manager. Easy. Thank you again! Will be back again and again!
I took my son and his friend here on a Saturday night. We walked in and I saw an advertisement for eat and play. I decided to ask the waitress about it and she told me anything over $10 that we ordered we would get a $10 game pass for $5.
That’s a good deal so I ordered 2 meals over $10. After we eat the waitress informed me the promo ended today and we couldn’t get the deal. I was a little confused since there was a sign in the lobby stating that the deal was still good since it was advertised.
I was told the button no longer was in their computer system and would not be getting the deal. Instead of making a scene in front of the boys, who were there just to have a good time, we just went on with our night.
If you’re going to advertise on your website and in the building I feel like that deal should have been honored.
Have gone here quite a few times in the last few months. Staff is friendly, place is fairly clean. Prices are a bit much but just come prepared with cash on your card. Cashless place so you’ll have to save your Andy B’s card for next time!
Went in a few days ago. Took my sons and their friends bowling. . We ordered food. The waitress brought the food and the first round of drinks out. We had to go get refills ourselfs which was fine. . I paid and handed the waitress cash for a tip . The next day I get an updated charge the waitress added herself more of a tip to my card which is fraud . I talked to the manager. He took my info and said he would see what he could do . He admitted it was fraud. . He said he would email me in a few hours . Haven’t heard anything since. Update manager did call me and refund the stolen part. I don’t however know if the waitress got into any trouble for stealing. Edit to reply to the comment. The manager on duty found my receipt and said a tip was written in. He even gave me the time it went threw
