Best WLM Reviews
**edited to update because Anduzzis made it right**
The food was good (not a fan of the chips and salsa but the entrees are good!) I was highly disappointed in our service which is rare for me. I’m not one to enjoy leaving distasteful reviews, but unfortunately it took 34 minutes for me to get my drink after I ordered it (my food was nearly half gone and I had ordered them both at the same time) The restaurant was uncrowded this day so I’m almost certain that they had forgotten all about it until I inquired. Despite this, the server brushed it off and told me the bartender had a backlog of orders. She brought my drink about 60 seconds later and the ice was almost all melted. The friendliest she was (and the most she interacted with us) was when she brought the ticket. (Despite this, we still left a decent tip, and paid full price for the drink) (drink was $12) Hopefully this review can be viewed as a training opportunity highlighting that communication is key! Talk and interact with your patrons. Be transparent when issues arrive. It will go a long way :)
The food was awesome, portions were way larger then we usually recieve at sports clubs. The staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. We were there for a pre concert party for the Alabama concert. Although we are from West Bend, we plan to make sure to stop by anytime we are in town, maybe for another concert at the Resch.
Great place. Great happy hour. Great service. Originally I didn’t love the burger or curds, but I came back and realized it was an error on my part. Get the burger on a pretzel bun and it is truly delightful. I also really enjoyed both the traditional and boneless wings though. Once you take into account how amazing the happy hour is and how great the staff is, I believe this instantly becomes a must visit. And when you visit get the Ultimate Bloody Mary. It’s worth every penny.
This is a huge place! Plenty of seating ???? and tables downstairs, upstairs on the rooftop patio, outside on the artificial turf patio. Plenty of options.
I didn't really find anything unique or special. But it is a nice comfortable place.????
Two things that are guaranteed to prevent my return to any establishment. ???? The first is charging me a "convenience fee" to use my credit card.???? Who's convenience is this anyway? ???? How about I just give you cash and then you can spend 20 minutes after your shift counting the drawer ????. How much time do you think is saved with a quick tap or swipe of a credit card rather than dealing with cash in and out of a drawer?????♂️ I already pay $400 a year for MY convenience of my credit card!???? How about I charge you a fee or you give me a discount so you don't have to deal with the cash, the drawer, the germs, the bank bag, the night drop. ????♂️????♂️
The second thing that really annoys me is when the receipt gives me the option of a predetermined tip.???? And the tip choices are 18%, 20% or 25%. On what planet would I pay 25% for handing me a beer ???? and a pizza at the bar????? What happened to 10%, 12%, and 15%? Did those also evaporate post COVID?
There is a distinct difference between doing your job and providing good service. I'm just not on board with tipping people for doing their jobs ????♂️.
And 25% is never going to happen in my lifetime ????
I went here in the first place because I didn't feel like getting dressed up and going to a fancy place and spending 50 bucks! ????
The servers were attentive and friendly. The food… not so much. We ordered grilled chicken sandwiches. We got a tiny dried out piece of chicken on a huge bun. It was tasteless and hard to choke down. It’s a sports bar atmosphere with plenty of TVs. I will not go back here
Food - I was excited to eat here based on good things I heard.
Started dinner with Spicy Garlic wings which were very good. They were cooked thoroughly and that sauce was on point.
Also had fried green beans (for the 1st time). They were a pleasant surprise.
Unfortunately, things went downhill at thus point.
Ordered the Anduzzi Burger, no bacon with steamed broccoli.
I wad appalled when the Burger was bought out with a bun that was not toasted - straight out of the bag to plate.
My Burger was well done and had an hint of burnt meat taste to it. The broccoli was clearly microwaved and had no seasoning or sauce. It is safe to say that I will never support this business again. The manager did comp the Burger and broccoli at 50% off to his credit.
Service - the waitress was nice and provided a pleasant Sunday night experience.
Atmosphere - There were plenty of good seats. The restaurant was about 10% full so it was quiet and peaceful. Again this was a Sunday night as to be expected.
Overall, it's pretty hard to mess up a Burger and steam some broccoli, but it did happen unfortunately.
We drove to this area with the intent of going to a different place, but they had a live band that sounded terrible so we walked over to Anduzzi's without expecting much. The weather was perfect so we sat on the roof. The food is good. It's just bar food so it's not exceptional, but they have different types of burgers to keep it interesting. We had the jalapeno peppers as the appetizer and they were great. Our server was friendly and helpful. They had TVs going with a lot of games on them, but turned the sound up for the Green Bay preseason game when it came on, which was nice. Overall, a great experience.
So disappointed in our recent visit to Anduzzis. My husband and I came here with our two toddlers and my father-in-law to celebrate our recent birthdays. We chose a table and waited 20 min for a server to come. We were the only people dining at a table and there were very few people at the bar area so didn't understand the long wait for service. When the waitress finally came, my father-in-law mentioned we were celebrating our birthdays. The waitress said nothing and gave us a blank stare back. I ordered a wrap and specified crispy chicken and no tomatoes. When it came, it had grilled chicken and tons of tomatoes. The most upsetting part was that I asked the waitress if they had milk and when she said yes, I ordered a cup for my 2 year old who took a big drink of it, made a disgusted face and started crying. I took a drink of it and realized quickly it was sour/spoiled heavy cream (or something that definitely wasn't milk). I couldn't even swallow it and felt terrible my toddler son who was so excited for a big drink of milk, swallowed whatever this was. When I told the waitress this, she did not apologize, offer something else, or even care that this had happened at all. We merely got shrugged shoulders and "oh". We were also still charged for the "milk". We used to enjoy coming here, but are so disgusted with our experience here and being treated so poorly by the waitress we will not be back.
